건강식도시락{health food lunch pack}
건강식도시락은 일반도시락과는 달리 한끼 식사 칼로리에 맞게 영양섭취를 하기위함이며, 싱겁게 먹기 및 골고루 먹기 위한 건강식임.
기존의 일반적인 도시락
하루 영양칼로리(예:1400칼로리, 1600칼로리, 2000칼로리)에 따라 한끼 식사 칼로리에 맞게 곡류군(예: 145g, 210g, 245g) 과 어.육류군 2단위 90g중(예:소 불고기 30g, 멸치볶음 20g, 계란말이 20g, 새우찜 20g), 야채군 210g(김치포함)으로 찬을 구성하며, 젓갈종류나 짠 음식을 제외하고 메뉴구성을 하여 도시락 하나에도 건강생활실천 건강식단을 구성하기 위함.
일반도시락과는 달리 체중이나 몸무게에 따라 필요한 칼로리를 알고 필요한 영양섭취와 골고루 먹기, 싱겁게 먹기를 실천하고자함.
건강생활실천 건강식단 건강식도시락은 고혈압. 당뇨병 환자에게는 각종 합병증 예방과 당 조절 , 일반인들에게는 각종 영양소를 골고루 섭취함으로 해서 비만예방과 체중조절 및 싱겁게 먹기, 골고루 먹기를 함으로 건강한 생활을 할 수 있게 함.
1600칼로리에 해당하는 밥 한 공기 (210g)와 싱겁게 조리한 어.육류군 2단위, 야채류 210g을 조합하여 구성한 도시락 세트와, 국, 생수를 포함한 완성품.
하루 영양칼로리에 맞게 한끼 식사에 곡류군 (145g, 210g, 245g) 을 구분하며,어.육류군 2단위(90g), 야채류 210g을 구성하고, 여기에 생수, 국, 수저,간식으로 요구르트, 과일을 포함하는 건강생활실천 건강도시락을 구성함.
싱겁게 먹기와 영양칼로리를 생각하는 건강식 도시락이라는 내용.
