Description
도 2는 본 발명의 제조실시예 1-1로부터 제조된 표면 개질 탄소나노튜브와 pristine-탄소나노튜브 및 제조비교예 1-1로부터 제조된 표면 개질 탄소나노튜브의 열 중량측정분석(TGA) 결과이다.

Claims (6)
2) 상기 수득된 탄소나노튜브를 여과시키는 단계; 및
3) 여과된 탄소나노튜브의 pH가 7이 될 때까지 물로 세척시킨 후 건조하는 단계;
를 포함하는 탄소나노튜브의 표면 개질 방법에 있어서,
상기 수득된 탄소나노튜브의 구성성분으로 탄소 원자에 대한 산소 원자의 함량이 2.0?5.0 몰%이고, 상기 퍼옥소모노황산칼륨 혼합물 산화제는 xKHSO5?yK2SO4?zKHSO4(x+y+z=4, 2≤x<4, y+z>0)로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브의 표면 개질 방법
