Description
The present invention relates to a panel for earth retaining walls that are installed to prevent the soil of the law or slope generated during various constructions to fall into the construction site, more specifically, to improve the work efficiency by easy transport and installation, It is related to the earthquake panel that can reduce the waste of resources by making it possible to reuse while greatly improving the safety of the workplace because there is hardly any outflow of soil due to excellent adhesion to the ground during installation.
In general, the panel for the earthquake blocks to prevent the collapse of the cut surface, that is, the surface or slope, generated during the digging work and road construction for various constructions, for example, the building construction to ensure a safe construction. It is used.
Such, the panel for the clamboard has been conventionally implemented by wood having a square bar shape. That is, a plurality of woods are inserted and stacked between H beams installed on the ground at regular intervals to prevent the soil from falling down by taking the form of a panel.
However, since the conventional panel for the clamboard is implemented by a plurality of timbers, since the workers are laminated by manpower to lay the wood, considerable time and labor were required for transportation or installation.
In addition, the installed panel for the retaining wall is inferior in the robustness of the characteristics of the wood, and the process of demolition after use also requires a considerable labor force, but it is difficult to reuse because it is not easily demolished by manpower. In addition, the bottom of the wood is horizontal, so if the ground is not horizontal, the adhesion is not so good that a gap occurs, which is also a disadvantage that the soil may leak.
The present invention was devised to solve the above problems, and it is easy to transport and install to improve the work efficiency, and has excellent adhesion to the ground during installation, so that rare earth leakage occurs, greatly improving the safety of the workplace. In order to reduce the waste of resources by making it possible to reuse while also providing a panel for masonry.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention, in the earthquake panel is installed in order to prevent the soil of the slope or slope generated during construction to fall into the construction site, the body has a rectangular shape but the machine on the upper surface The hook hole is formed to be transported and installed using the mechanism, and the lower surface is provided with a close contact portion that becomes narrower toward the lower side to improve the adhesion to the ground.
Preferably, both sides of the lower surface of the body is characterized in that the fastening hole is formed to use the machine / mechanism during transport.
Preferably, the front and rear sides of the body is characterized in that the auxiliary plate formed with embossing is provided to prevent the slippery when the operator grips.
According to the present invention, the hook hole is formed on the upper surface of the body, so that it is easy to transport and install using a machine / mechanism to improve work efficiency, and the lower surface of the body is provided with a close contact portion which becomes narrower toward the lower side, thereby providing close contact with the ground. This is so excellent that there is almost no leakage of earth and sand, which greatly improves the safety of the workplace, and is easily removed through machinery / mechanism through the hook work, so that it can be reused to reduce the waste of resources. First, referring to Figures 1 and 2, the
On the other hand, it can be seen that the
In addition, the lower surface of the
In other words, it can be seen that the lower surface of the
Now, it will be described with respect to the state of use of the
Figure 5 is a schematic perspective view showing a state of use of the panel for mud flat according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 6 is a bb line of Figure 5 showing a part of the state of use of the panel for mud according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention It is a cross section.
First, referring to Figure 5, the panel for the
On the other hand, since the
Subsequently, referring to FIG. 6, the
Then, when the floor construction is completed to separate the
