Abstract
Description
도 2는 종래기술에 따른 염료감응형 태양전지(a)와 본 발명에 따른 염료감응형 태양전지(b)의 전지를 통과하는 빛이 버려지는 경우와 전지를 통과하지 않고 빛이 반사되는 경우를 모식적으로 나타낸 모식도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 염료감응형 태양전지의 광자-전류 변화 효율을 측정하여 그 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (10)
- 작업 전극과 상기 작업 전극에 대향되는 상대 전극으로 구성된 염료감응형 태양전지에 있어서,
상기 상대 전극 외부 상에 부착된 거울반사 특성을 갖는 고분자 필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응형 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 거울반사 특성을 갖는 고분자 필름으로는 굴절율이 상이한 두 재료를 반복하여 적층한 복합층인 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응형 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 거울반사 특성을 갖는 고분자 필름은 가시광선 영역에서 반사율이 97% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응형 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 거울반사 특성을 갖는 고분자 필름은 유연성을 갖는 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응형 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 거울반사 특성을 갖는 고분자 필름은 3M사의 ESR인 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응형 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 작업 전극은 전도성 기판 상에 금속산화물 입자층이 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응형 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상대 전극은 전도성 기판 상에 촉매층이 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응형 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 거울반사 특성을 갖는 고분자 필름은 상대 전극의 활성면적과 동일한 크기로 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응형 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 거울반사 특성을 갖는 고분자 필름은 상대 전극의 활성면적을 초과하는 크기로 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응형 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 거울반사 특성을 갖는 고분자 필름은 상대 전극의 후면에 흠결없이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응형 태양전지.
