Abstract
본 발명의 특징은 피스톤의 상사행정과 하사행정시 피스톤의 가압에 의해 전기적인 스위칭 동작되는 스위칭수단에 의해 마스터실린더의 공압라인을 전환시키는 솔레노이드밸브의 개폐여부를 제어함으로써 공압펌프의 실린더 내부에 공압 충격이 가해지지 않고, 또한 실린더에 공급된 공압이 누기되는 문제를 해결할 수 있으므로 종래에서와 같이 공압밸브를 수시로 교체해야 하는 문제를 해결할 수 있고, 공격음을 발생원을 제거함으로써 작업장의 소음공해를 줄일 수 있다.

Claims (3)
- 고점성 펌핑용 공압펌프 구동장치에 있어서,
공압 실린더(213)를 구성하는 펌프하우징(211)과;
상기 공압 실린더(213)의 축선방향으로 이동가능게 결합된 피스톤(212)과;
상기 공압 실린더(213)의 상하측으로 공압을 공급하기 위하여 공압라인(213a,213b)을 선택적으로 개폐시키기 위한 마스터실린더(214)와;
상기 마스터실린더(214)의 입구로 공급된 공압을 공압라인(213a,213b)과 연결된 출구(215a,215b)와 선택적으로 연결시키기 위하여 마스터실린더(214)를 제어하는 솔레노이드밸브(216a,216b) 및 ;
상기 피스톤(212)의 작동상태에 따라 상기 솔레노이드밸브(216a,216b)의 작동에 따른 동기를 부여하는 스위치수단(220)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성 공압펌프 구동장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 솔레노이드밸브는 2웨이 혹은 3웨이 솔레노이드밸브중 어느하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성 공압펌프 구동장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스위치수단은 리미트스위치 인 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성 공압펌프 구동장치.
