도 3은 실린더와 앤드캡의 결합상태를 발췌하여 도시한 단면도.
Claims (3)
- 길이 방향으로 중공부가 형성되며 중공부의 하단부 측 내주면에 중공부의 직경보다 작은 직경을 가지는 결합부가 형성되며 결합부의 상부에 직경차이에 의해 단차부가 형성된 실린더와,
상기 실린더의 중공부에 삽입되며 상기 단차부에 걸리는 지지부와 상기 지지부의 하면으로부터 연장되어 상기 결합부와 결합되는 삽입부를 가지는 앤드캡과,
상기 실린더의 중공부에 삽입되며 로드를 가지는 피스톤과,
상기 로드의 외주면과 이와 대응되는 실린더의 내주면에 삽입되어 실린더의 상단부를 밀폐하기 위한 실링유닛을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 스프링. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 앤드캡에 가스 충전 밸브 유닛이 결합되며, 상기 삽입부의 외주면과 결합부의 내주면에 설치되어 기밀을 유지하기 위한 앤드캡 실링부가 더 구비되고, 상기 앤드캡 실링부는 상기 삽입부의 외주면을 따라 형성되는 인입되는 적어도 하나의 패킹 삽입홈이 형성되고, 이 패킹 삽입홈에는 패킹이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 스프링. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 결합부의 내주면에 실린더 또는 앤트캡 보다 연질인 재질로 이루어진 코팅층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 스프링.
