Abstract
一种多重保护的氯用波纹管截止阀,包括阀体(1),所述阀体内的中心安装有下密封件(2),所述下密封件上配合设置有上密封件(3),所述上密封件上连接阀杆(4),阀杆穿放在阀盖(5)中心孔内,在阀杆与阀盖之间嵌装有波纹管组件(6);所述波纹管组件包括波纹管(13),波纹管的上端密封焊接填料盒(14),波纹管的下端密封焊接导向座(15),所述填料盒外壁与阀盖密封焊接,导向座内壁与阀杆密封焊接;填料盒内放置有填料(16),并通过填料压盖(17)压紧。波纹管组件上端的填料盒外壁与阀盖密封焊接,波纹管下端的导向座内壁与阀杆密封焊接,形成了密封件,具有了阀杆可上下位移、耐压功能,实行了一重密封保护,截止阀处于工作状态下可更换损坏的填料。
Description
本发明涉及阀门领域,具体为一种具有多重保护的氯用波纹管截止阀。
现有氯气管道中所用波纹管氯气专用阀,由于管道压力波动而导致波纹管波动,且波纹管收缩量得不到控制,长期直接与介质接触,波纹管使用寿命短。在波纹管已损坏、填料已损坏的情况下,阀门不能工作。下密封件的上表面设置的弹性密封面,当阀门开启时,由于介质流动直接冲刷密封面,当阀门关闭的瞬间,易停留杂质破坏密封面,由于以上原因,阀门使用寿命短,达不到波纹管氯用截止阀的使用预期目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种密封性能好,无泄漏,使用寿命长,安全可靠的多重保护氯用波纹管截止阀。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:多重保护的氯用波纹管截止阀,包括阀体、阀杆、阀盖、下密封件、上密封件、阀杆、波纹管组件、连接套、传动杆、手轮、传动座、立柱,所述阀体内的中心安装有下密封件,所述下密封件上配合设置有上密封件,所述上密封件上连接阀杆,所述阀盖设置有中心通孔,阀杆穿放在阀盖中心孔内,在阀杆与阀盖之间嵌装有波纹管组件;阀杆通过连接套连接有传动杆,所述传动杆上连接有手轮以及传动座,所述传动座通过立柱与阀盖连接:其特征在于:所述波纹管组件包括波纹管,波纹管的上端密封焊接填料盒,波纹管的下端密封焊接导向座,导向座外侧与阀盖之间滑动配合,所述填料盒外壁与阀盖密封焊接,导向座内壁与阀杆密封焊接,隔断阀盖内腔与外界的流通;填料盒内放置有填料,并通过填料压盖压紧,填料压盖通过双头螺栓与阀盖连接。
波纹管组件上端的填料盒外壁与阀盖密封焊接,波纹管下端的导向座内壁与阀杆密封焊接,形成了密封件,具有了阀杆可上下位移、耐压功能,实行了一重密封保护,当填料损坏时,截止阀处于工作状态下可更换损坏的填料。
优化地,所述阀盖的下端面设置有倒密封面,所述阀杆的下部设置有与阀盖下端面的倒密封面配合的密封面形成的密封副,截止阀处于充分打开状态时,设在阀杆上的密封面向上与阀盖下端面的倒密封面贴合形成密封副,隔断阀盖内腔与阀体内腔之间的流通。当波纹管已损坏、填料又损坏,截止阀处于工作状态下可更换损坏的填料,由于以上保护延长了阀门的使用寿命。
阀门充分打开状态时,设在阀杆上的密封面与阀盖上的倒密封面紧密贴合稳定了阀杆,介质流量波动不会影响阀杆波动,焊接在阀杆上的波纹管组件中的波纹管也就不受波动,控制了波纹管的振动,避免了膜片之间的碰撞、焊接处损坏,阀杆上设有了密封面当阀杆上升至阀盖下方的弹性密封面贴合时,阀杆不得再上升,焊接在阀杆上的波纹管组件中的波纹管也就不再收缩,当阀杆下行至装在阀杆下方的上密封件与下密封件贴合时阀杆不再下行,焊接在阀杆上的波纹管组件中的波纹管不再伸张,波纹管组件中的波纹管伸缩量得到了控制,避免了波纹管产生过大残余变形,以上保护延长了波纹管的使用寿命。
优化地,设在阀杆上的密封面设置有第一硬质合金层,延长使用寿命。
优化地,所述下密封件上端设置有内锥密封面,内锥密封面的小口向下,内锥密封面相连上端口沿设置有环形的上平面密封面;所述上密封件下端设置有与下密封件的内锥密封面以及与内锥密封面相连的上平面密封面配合的外锥密封面以及与外锥密封面相连的下平面密封面。
下密封件的内锥密封面以及与内锥密封面相连的上平面密封面,为减少流量口冲涮磨损延长使用寿命,均设置有第二硬质合金层。所述上密封件的外锥密封面以及与外锥密封面相连的下平面密封面均设置有弹性材料层,密封性能好。
上密封件和下密封件新使用时,上密封件的外锥密封面与下密封件上端的内锥密封面接触形成第一密封副,保证无泄漏;长期使用由于上密封件的外锥密封面上的弹性材料层弹性变形,则上密封件下行,使得上密封件的外锥密封面与下密封件上端的内锥密封面接触形成第一密封副的同时,上密封件下端的上平面密封面与下密封件上端的上平面密封面同时接触形成第二密封副,实现多重保护。
本发明的上密封件和下密封件均采用锥形密封面、且流量口均为硬质合金材料,减少了介质的冲刷磨损,又不易停留杂质。
本发明工作时无泄漏、安全可靠、使用寿命更长,达到使用波纹管截止阀的目的。

如图1所示,本发明包括阀体1、阀杆4、阀盖5,阀体1内的中心安装有下密封件2,下密封件2上配合设置有上密封件3,上密封件3上连接阀杆4,阀盖5设置有中心通孔,波纹管组件6穿套在阀盖5中心孔内;阀杆4通过连接套7连接有传动杆8,传动杆8上连接
有手轮9以及传动座10,传动座10通过立柱11与阀盖5连接。
波纹管组件6包括波纹管13,波纹管13的上端密封焊接填料盒14,波纹管13的下端密封焊接导向座15,填料盒14外壁与阀盖5密封焊接,导向座15内壁与阀杆4密封焊接形成密封空间,导向座15外壁与阀盖5之间滑动配合,填料盒14内设置有填料16,并通过填料压盖17压紧,填料压盖17通过双头螺栓18与阀盖5连接。
阀盖5的下端面设置有环形槽19,环形槽19内设置有弹性倒密封圈20作为倒密封面19,阀杆4的下部设置有密封面21,密封面21的上端面设置有第一硬质合金层22,截止阀处于充分打开状态时,设在阀杆上的密封面21向上与弹性倒密封圈20密封贴合,隔断阀盖5与阀体1之间的介质流通。
下密封件2上端设置有内锥密封面23,内锥密封面23的小口向下,内锥密封面23的上端口沿设置有环形上平面密封面24,下密封件2上端的内锥密封面23以及相连环周上平面密封面24上均设置有第二硬质合金层25;上密封件3下端设置有与下密封件2的内锥密封面23以及相连环周上平面密封面24配合的外锥密封面26以及相连环周下平面密封面27,所述:上密封件2下端的外锥密封面26以及相连环周下平面密封面27上均设置有弹性材料层28。

- 多重保护的氯用波纹管截止阀,包括阀体、下密封件、上密封件、波纹管组件、连接套、传动杆、手轮、传动座、立柱、波纹管、填料盒、导向座、阀杆、阀盖,所述阀体内的中心安装有下密封件,所述下密封件上配合设置有上密封件,所述上密封件上连接阀杆,所述阀盖设置有中心通孔,阀杆穿放在阀盖中心孔内,在阀杆与阀盖之间嵌装有波纹管组件;阀杆通过连接套连接有传动杆,所述传动杆上连接有手轮以及传动座,所述传动座通过立柱与阀盖连接:其特征在于:所述波纹管组件包括波纹管,波纹管的上端密封焊接填料盒,波纹管的下端密封焊接导向座,导向座与阀盖之间滑动配合,所述填料盒外壁与阀盖密封焊接,导向座内壁与阀杆密封焊接,隔断阀盖内腔与外界的流通;填料盒内放置有填料,并通过填料压盖压紧,填料压盖通过双头螺栓与阀盖连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多重保护的氯用波纹管截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀盖的下端面设置有倒密封面,所述阀杆的下部设置有与阀盖下端面的倒密封面形成密封副的密封面,截止阀处于充分打开状态时,设在阀杆上的密封面与阀盖下端面的倒密封面贴合形成密封副,隔断阀盖内腔与阀体内腔之间的流通。
- 根据权利要求2所述的多重保护的氯用波纹管截止阀,其特征在于:所述设在阀杆上的密封面设置有第一硬质合金层。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的多重保护的氯用波纹管截止阀,其特征在于:所述下密封件上端设置有内锥密封面,内锥密封面的小口向下,内锥密封面相连上端口沿设置有环形的上平面密封面;所述上密封件下端设置有与下密封件的内锥密封面以及与内锥密封面相连的上平面密封面配合的外锥密封面以及与外锥密封面相连的下平面密封面。
- 根据权利要求4所述的多重保护的氯用波纹管截止阀,其特征在于:下密封件的内锥密封面以及与内锥密封面相连的上平面密封面均设置有第二硬质合金层,所述上密封件的外锥密封面以及与外锥密封面相连的下平面密封面均设置有弹性材料层。
