Claims (2)
- 차량용 인스트루먼트 패널(instrument panel)의 특정 부분에 클립을 조립하는 클립 조립기로서,
클립 조립을 위한 인스트루먼트 패널이 전단과 후단에 로딩되고, 회전이 가능한 테이블과;
상기 테이블 전방에 구비되고, 상기 테이블의 전단에 로딩된 인스트루먼트 패널에서 클립 조립을 위한 특정 부분들로 이동되며, 좌측과 우측에 구비되는 제1 및 제2 로봇과;
상기 각 로봇 후방에 구비되고, 조립을 위한 클립을 보관하며, 공기에 의한 압력으로 사각 호스를 통해 상기 클립을 공급하는 제1 및 제2 클립 피더(feeder);
상기 각 로봇 끝단에 연결되어 상기 로봇에 의해 특정 부분으로 이동되고, 상기 클립 피더의 사각 호스와 연결되어 상기 클립을 삽입하는 클립 삽입부; 및
상기 테이블, 로봇, 및 클립 삽입부를 둘러싸도록 형성되고, 상기 테이블 후방에서 인스트루먼트 패널의 로딩 및 언로딩을 위한 도어가 형성되는 부스(booth);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클립 자동 조립기. - 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 로봇은,
다관절 6축 로봇인 것을 특징으로 하는 클립 자동 조립기.
