Claims (3)
- 적어도 2개의 비상 정지 신호를 입력하는 입력 포트를 구비하며, 생성한 PWM 신호에 의거하여 모터를 구동 제어하는 모터 제어 장치로서,
상기 PWM 신호를 생성하는 LSI와,
상기 LSI에서 생성된 상기 PWM 신호를 전송하는 PWM 신호 전송 회로와,
상기 PWM 신호 전송 회로에 의해 전송된 상기 PWM 신호에 의거하여,
인버터 구동 신호를 생성하는 구동 회로와,
P측 파워 스위칭 소자 및 N측 파워 스위칭 소자를 가지며, 상기 인버터 구동 신호에 의거하여, 상기 모터의 각 상 권선에 인가하는 모터 구동 신호를 생성하는 인버터 회로를 구비하고,
상기 구동 회로는, 상기 P측 파워 스위칭 소자를 구동하는 P측 구동 회로와, 상기 N측 파워 스위칭 소자를 구동하는 N측 구동 회로를 가지며,
상기 비상 정지 신호의 1개는, 상기 P측 구동 회로와 상기 PWM 신호 전송 회로에 입력되고, 상기 비상 정지 신호의 다른 1개는, 상기 N측 구동 회로와 상기 PWM 신호 전송 회로에 입력되며,
상기 PWM 신호 전송 회로는, 입력된 상기 비상 정지 신호에 응답하여 상기 PWM 신호의 전송을 정지함과 더불어, 상기 구동 회로는, 입력된 상기 비상 정지 신호에 응답하여 상기 인버터 구동 신호의 출력을 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 제어 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 비상 정지 신호를 감시하는 비상 정지 감시부를 더 구비하며,
상기 비상 정지 감시부는, 상기 비상 정지 신호에 응답하여, 상기 PWM 신호의 생성을 정지하도록 상기 LSI를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 제어 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
1개의 상기 비상 정지 신호에 응답하여, 상기 P측 구동 회로로의 전원 공급을 차단하는 P측 전원 차단 회로와, 다른 1개의 상기 비상 정지 신호에 응답하여, 상기 N측 구동 회로로의 전원 공급을 차단하는 N측 전원 차단 회로를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 제어 장치.
