Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 양극과 음극 및 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전극군;상기 전극군을 수용하는 케이스; 및상기 전극군과 전기적으로 연결되며 상기 케이스의 외측으로 인출되는 전극 단자를 포함하며,상기 양극과 상기 음극은 각각 상기 세퍼레이터의 외측으로 노출되면서 가장자리에 집전부를 구비하는 전극 무지부를 포함하고,상기 전극 단자는,일측 단부에서 상기 집전부의 하면에 밀착되며 반대측 단부가 상기 케이스의 외측으로 인출되는 단자 플레이트; 및상기 집전부의 측면과 상면을 둘러싸 밀착하도록 상기 단자 플레이트에 구비되며 상기 집전부와 결합되는 결합부를 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 결합부는,상기 단자 플레이트에 연결되며 상기 집전부의 측면을 둘러싸는 측벽부; 및상기 측벽부에 연결되며 상기 집전부의 상면을 둘러싸는 덮개부를 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 결합부는 상기 단자 플레이트의 서로 마주하는 두 측면에서 한 쌍으로 구비되는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전극 단자는, 상기 결합부의 외측에서 상기 결합부와 이격되며 상기 단자 플레이트를 둘러싸는 실링부를 더 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 이차 전지는, 상기 덮개부와 상기 집전부 및 상기 단자 플레이트에 걸쳐 형성되는 적어도 하나의 용접부를 더 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 덮개부와 상기 단자 플레이트는 각각 상기 용접부가 형성되는 위치에 오목부를 형성하여 상기 용접부가 상기 덮개부 및 상기 단자 플레이트의 외측으로 돌출되지 않도록 하는 이차 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 이차 전지는, 상기 덮개부와 상기 집전부 및 상기 단자 플레이트에 체 결되는 도전성 체결 부재를 더 포함하는 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 집전부는 그 가장자리에 버(burr)를 형성하며, 상기 버는 상기 전극 단자와 접촉하는 이차 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전극 단자의 전체 높이는 상기 전극군의 두께와 같거나 이보다 작은 이차 전지.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 케이스는 수용부와 융착부를 각각 구비하는 상부 케이스와 하부 케이스를 포함하며, 라미네이트 시트로 제조되는 이차 전지.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 전극 단자의 전체 폭은 상기 수용부의 폭과 같거나 이보다 작은 이차 전지.
