Description

커프를 개량한 자동차용 타이어{Vehicle tire improved kerf}Automotive tire improved kerf {Vehicle tire improved kerf}

A kerf may be formed on the ground surface of the tire for the vehicle to improve traction and braking force. However, these cuffs are generally formed to have a width of about 1 mm, and in actual driving, two side walls spaced apart from each other are likely to meet each other. Therefore, it is difficult to maintain the gap between the cuff sidewalls considered in the design.

Thus, the present inventors provide a tire provided with a separator formed as a protrusion on the inner wall of the cuff so that the cuff maintains the spaced apart space while running, and the inner wall of the cuff is provided. As a result of investigating the conventional tires formed by forming protrusions on them, the following prior art was found.

Publication No. 10-2006-0131499 discloses a blade for forming a cuff for forming a cuff, which is a plate-shaped quadrangle having a predetermined thickness, forming a first groove on one side, and perpendicular to the first groove. There has been provided a cuff blade, characterized in that to form a second groove in communication. However, this is because the cuff blades themselves are bent, and this does not allow the object of the present invention to achieve a constant width of the cuff during driving. In other words, this technique is that both sides of the wall are formed in parallel with a constant distance from each other, when the traction or braking stress is applied, both side walls of the cuff are likely to contact each other.

Publication No. 10-2006-0102015 forms a hemisphere protrusion protruding on one side wall of the cuff and a hemisphere groove socket on the other side wall, and when the cuff is pushed when cornering to one side, the hemisphere protrusion is inserted into the hemisphere socket groove Since the grip force is improved, even when a stress is applied to the cuff, the tire is provided so that the block rigidity does not weaken because the block and the block move together without being separated. However, both sidewalls are formed in parallel with both walls at regular intervals, so that both sidewalls of the cuff are in contact with each other when subjected to traction or braking stress.

US 2007-281747 forms a locking region at the bottom of the cuff to induce a separation between the cuff top walls. However, this results in the cuff disappearing when the tire is worn and the locking portion is lifted to the surface, and rather, there is a drawback that the performance of the cuff is greatly reduced.

Accordingly, the present invention is to provide a tire so that both walls of the cuff formed on the tire do not stick to each other while driving, so that the cuff is designed to perform the bar function, especially in the late wear, the cuff performs the desired function. I want to solve the problem of having to. The present invention further aims to solve the problem that the movement of the block during driving is so severe that it is possible to prevent the warping between both walls divided into cuffs.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a tire formed by installing a protrusion formed on the inner wall of the cuff elongated downward from the upper end. The present invention further provides a tire which is installed on both walls facing each other, and the projections on both walls facing each other are formed in an inclined direction rather than in an axial direction, that is, in a vertical direction. The present invention also provides a tire in which the ridges provided on both walls differ in their inclined directions so that the ridges which abut against each other cross in an X shape.

The present invention provides a tire obtained by gradually reducing the diameter of the protrusions such that the protrusions of the above protrusions decrease toward the lower end thereof.

The tire of the present invention as described above, when the tire is in contact with the road surface, the stones formed on both wall surfaces of the cuff are in contact with each other there is an effect that can maintain a constant distance between the two side walls of the cuff. In addition, the present invention has an effect that can prevent the distortion of the block because the protrusions formed on both walls of the cuff are engaged with each other. The ridges formed on both walls have a radius that decreases toward the bottom of the cuff so that the size of the ridge gradually decreases as the tire is worn, thereby improving the amount of clearance between both walls of the cuff.

The tread and the sidewalls on both sides of the tread and the bead portions at both ends of the tread, the block 1 is formed on the ground surface of the tread portion, the cuff 2 is formed on the block 1, and the wall surface of the cuff 2 is formed. In the automobile tire having a protrusion, the present invention provides that the protrusion formed on the wall surface of the cuff 2 is not in the axial direction from the upper end of the cuff 2 to both wall surfaces 21 and 22 of the cuff 2, that is, It provides a car tire, characterized in that the inclined protrusions (3, 4) protruded in the downward inclined direction, not the vertical direction.

In the present invention, the inclined protrusions 3 and 4 provided on the opposite wall surfaces 21 and 22 face each other in inclined directions so that the inclined protrusions 3 and the inclined protrusions 4 intersect in an X shape. To form a tire.

The present invention provides a tire in which the diameters of the inclined protrusions 3 and 4 are gradually reduced so that each of the above inclined protrusions 3 and 4 decreases toward the lower end thereof.
