BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to tires used in heavy-duty vehicles for long-distance travel, and more particularly, to tires provided with decoupling grooves on shoulders to suppress uneven wear of the shoulders.

Conventionally, a tire for preventing uneven wear of a shoulder part has been provided by installing a decoupling groove in a ground portion of the shoulder part as shown in FIG. However, this may cause cracks in the bottom of the groove, and these cracks may be advanced to the belt edge to cause a belt accident or to develop toward the sidewall, thereby causing the sacrificial ribs to fall off. Thus, the tire of the attached drawing FIG. However, this reduces the tread area and eventually reduces the contact area with the road surface, which shortens the wear life by the narrowed tread width, and suffers from the deterioration of performance such as reducing the tread and braking force of the tread. Thus, as shown in the accompanying drawings, Fig. 1 (C), by installing a decoupling groove on the side wall of the shoulder, a sacrificial rib was removed to provide a tire that eliminates wear loss and cracking concerns. However, this is a disadvantage that if the tire is heavily loaded, the upper and lower inlet portions of the decoupling grooves come into contact with each other and the decoupling grooves lose their function. However, if the inlet of the decoupling groove is formed too wide, foreign matters such as stones may be caught therein, so it is not desirable to enlarge the inlet.

Accordingly, the present invention, by forming the decoupling groove to be installed on the side wall of the shoulder in two up and down, so that the projection jaw is formed between the two decoupling groove to increase the width of the decoupling groove to contact the upper and lower parts of the shoulder even if a large load is applied. At the same time, it is possible to prevent foreign matters such as stones from entering the decoupling groove, and the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

It consists of a tread 1 and a sidewall (not shown in the figure) and a bead portion (not shown) and forms a decoupling groove in the shoulder portion of the tread 1, the decoupling groove being the sidewall 2 of the shoulder part 2. In the present invention, the decoupling groove is formed of two decoupling grooves 3 and 4 up and down on the side wall 2 of the shoulder portion, and a protrusion 5 is disposed between the two decoupling grooves 3 and 4 up and down. Characterized in that formed.

In forming the two upper and lower decoupling grooves 3 and 4 on the side wall 2 of the shoulder portion, the size of the upper and lower decoupling grooves may form the same, and the upper decoupling groove as shown in FIG. The size of (3) is large and the size of the lower decoupling groove 4 is small, or as shown in FIG. 3, the upper decoupling groove 3 is large and the lower decoupling groove 4 may be formed small.

The two decoupling grooves 3, 4 are preferably rounded at their bottoms to suppress cracking.

The present invention configured as described above has an effect of distributing and reducing the impact of transmitting the load received by the tread to the sidewall as in the prior art due to the decoupling groove, and in particular, the two decoupling grooves 3 and 4 By providing it, even if a load is large, there exists an effect which can eliminate the fault which the inlet part of a decoupling groove contacts each other, and does not function properly as a decoupling groove.
