Claims (5)
- 고로의 상측에 회전가능하게 설치된 회전축과, 상기 회전축에 설치된 드럼을 구비한 드럼부와;상기 회전축을 회전시키는 구동부와;상기 드럼에 감겨있으며, 상기 드럼의 회전에 의해 상기 고로의 내부로 삽입되는 와이어가 마련된 와이어부와;상기 와이어에 설치되어 상기 고로의 내부로 삽입되는 웨이트부재와;상기 드럼의 회전수를 측정하는 측정부와;상기 측정부에 측정된 데이터로부터 상기 와이어부재의 삽입길이를 산출하는 산출부;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로 장입물 위치 측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 와이어부는상기 드럼의 외주면에 연결된 메인와이어와;상기 메인와이어의 단부에 연결되며, 상기 메인와이어보다 큰 단면적을 갖고, 고온에 의한 열화를 방지할 수 있게 내열소재로 형성된 서브와이어;를 구비하고,상기 드럼은상기 메인와이어가 외주면을 따라 감기되, 상호 겹치는 것을 방지할 수 있게 외주면에 상기 메인와이어의 반경에 대응되는 제 1가이드홈이 외주면을 따라 나선형으로 형성된 제 1감김부재와;상기 제 1감김부재의 측면에 설치되며, 상기 서브와이어가 외주면을 따라 감기되, 상호 겹치는 것을 방지할 수 있게 외주면에 상기 서브와이어의 반경에 대응되는 제 2가이드홈이 외주면을 따라 나선형으로 형성된 제 2감김부재;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로 장입물 위치 측정장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 구동부는 작업자가 수동으로 상기 회전축을 회전시킬 수 있게 핸들부재를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로 장입물 위치 측정장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 측정부는상기 회전축에 설치되며, 가장자리를 따라 다수의 관통구가 형성된 회전판과;상기 회전판의 일면에서 상기 관통구로 빛을 조사하는 발광부재와;상기 회전판의 타면에서 상기 관통구를 통과한 빛을 감지하여 상기 드럼의 회전수를 측정하는 광학센서;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로 장입물 위치 측정장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 측정부는상기 드럼 또는 상기 회전축의 일측에 설치된 자석부재와;상기 자석부재를 감지하여 상기 드럼의 회전수를 측정하는 자기센서;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고로 장입물 위치 측정장치.
