Claims (7)
- 양 단부에 접합단부가 돌출되도록 메쉬 스크린 원판을 일정한 길이로 절단하여 쉴드원판을 형성하는 단계;상기 쉴드원판을 지그에 고정하는 단계 - 상기 지그는 위치 조정이 가능한 제1제그 및 제2지그를 포함함 -;상기 제1지그 및 상기 제2지그의 상대적인 위치를 조정하여, 상기 쉴드원판의 양 단부에 각각 형성된 접합단부가 상호 접하도록 하는 단계;상호 접촉된 상기 접합단부를 레이저 용접을 이용하여 접합하여 쉴드 바디를 형성하는 단계;상기 지그에서 상기 쉴드 바디를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 부싱용 쉴드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 쉴드 바디를 형성한 후 후처리 하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱용 쉴드 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 후처리는 샌드 블라스트(sand blast)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱용 쉴드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 쉴드 바디를 상기 지그에서 제거한 후, 상기 쉴드 바디의 단부에 라운드부를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱용 쉴드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 메쉬 스크린 원판은 금속 재질에 의해 형성되고,상기 지그는 자성에 의해서 상기 메쉬 스크린 원판을 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱용 쉴드 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 메쉬 스크린 원판은 마름모꼴의 메쉬를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 부싱용 쉴드 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 부싱용 쉴드 제조방법에 의해 형성된 부싱용 쉴드.
