Abstract
Description
선단부의 첨두체는 다각(多角) 추체(錐體) 또는 원추체(圓錐體)인 것을 특징으로 한다.
Claims (9)
- 전기적인 도체(導體)로 형성되고, 내부에 가스 유로를 가지는 기체부(基體部)와,전기적인 도체로 형성되고, 일부가 첨두체(尖頭體)로서 이 첨두체의 경사면까지 연통되는 경사면 흡출(吸出) 유로를 내부에 가지는 선단부를 구비하고,상기 선단부는, 상기 기체부로부터 상기 첨두체가 돌출된 상태로 상기 기체부에 기계적으로 고정되고, 상기 기체부와 전기적으로 접속되고, 또한 상기 기체부의 가스 유로와 경사면 흡출 유로가 연통되고,상기 선단부의 첨두체는 다각(多角) 추체(錐體) 또는 원추체(圓錐體)인,방전 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 선단부는, 전기적인 도체에 의해 형성된 복수개의 소물체(小物體)가 고착되어 첨두체를 포함하는 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 복수개의 소물체 사이의 간극에 의해 경사면 흡출 유로가 형성되는, 방전 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 선단부는, 전기적인 도체에 의해 형성된 복수개의 직선 중실(中實) 봉체(棒體)가 고착되어 첨두체를 포함하는 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 복수개의 직선 중실 봉체 사이의 간극에 의해 경사면 흡출 유로가 형성되는, 방전 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 선단부는, 전기적인 도체에 의해 형성된 복수개의 직선 중공(中空) 관체(管體)가 고착되어 첨두체를 포함하는 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 복수개의 직선 중공 관체 사이의 간극 및 관내 공간에 의해 경사면 흡출 유로가 형성되는, 방전 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 선단부는, 가요성(可撓性)을 가지는 전기적인 도체로서 표면에 복수개의 철부(凸部)가 형성되는 시트체를 소용돌이형으로 감아서 첨두체를 포함하는 형상으로 형성되고, 인접하는 2개의 시트체와 철부의 간극 공간에 의해 경사면 흡출 유로가 형성되는, 방전 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 선단부는, 전기적인 도체에 의해 형성된 침형체의 주위에 한 개의 직선 중공 관체를 고정하여 첨두체를 포함하는 형상으로 형성되고, 침형체와 직선 중공 관체의 간극 공간에 의해 경사면 흡출 유로가 형성되는, 방전 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 선단부는, 전기적인 도체에 의해 형성된 침형체의 주위에 반경이 상이 한 복수개의 직선 중공 관체를 다중 원통형으로 되도록 고정하여 첨두체를 포함하는 형상으로 형성되고, 침형체와 직선 중공 관체의 간극 공간에 의해 경사면 흡출 유로가 형성되는, 방전 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 선단부는, 전기적인 도체에 의해 형성된 침형체를 상기 기체부에 고정하여 첨두체를 포함하는 형상으로 형성되고, 침형체와 상기 기체부의 간극 공간에 의해 경사면 흡출 유로가 형성되는, 방전 전극.
