The invention also provides a method of administering the composition such that the eggs, nits and nits are eradicated from the host.
Description
The present invention relates to a composition for treating this infection.
The resulting human infection is a common social and health problem in many countries. There are three types of anatomical teeth that infect humans: head lice, body, and quadrilaterals.
Head lice are small, hard-shelled in vitro parasites that live on human scalp and eat only human blood. Females have a 4 week life span and lay 50-100 eggs during this period. The eggs are firmly attached to the hair shaft by chitin, which is secreted by the female. The eggs hatch after 6-9 days and the larvae emerge out of the shell or “nit”. After three stages of molting, the larvae become reproductive adults.
Head lice infections are common in children aged 4-11 years and more often in women than men. It is spread by direct contact with an infected person. The presence of head lice can be identified by the itching caused by an allergic reaction to its saliva. Or it can be seen by looking at this, egg or nits.
The goal when treating head lice infections is to completely eliminate eggs, larvae, teeth and nits, and the continued presence of the latter only provides confusion in later diagnosis. Treatment is easy to perform, economical, and side effects are minimized.
General head lice care usually involves the use of neurotoxic insecticides with wet combing. Combing with a thin, fine plastic comb for the detection or removal of an adult tooth, or a metal comb for eggs or nits, appears to be a safe method of removal, but it is a great burden and effort for parents. Commonly used insecticides or these exterminators are generally pyrethroid-based (Full Marks®), malachion-based (eg Derbac-M®) or carbaryl-based (eg Carylderm®). Pyrethroids such as permethrin and phenotrine are synthetic axionic poisons that lead to neuronal hypersensitivity and death. Malachion is an organophosphorus neuropathic drug that irreversibly binds to cholinesterase. Carbaryl (1-naphthyl methylcarbamate) is also a cholinesterase inhibitor.
However, these recent chemical therapies have significant drawbacks, in which evidence that fails to resolve these infection pathologies is evident, associated with side effects such as scalp irritation, and severe toxicity when swallowed orally. Carbaryl is also a potential carcinogen. In addition, there is evidence of this population being resistant to many of these commonly used eradication agents and anxiety regarding the safety of neurotoxin-based therapies, especially when used to treat young individuals.
Although there is no scientific evidence to explain the effectiveness, alternative therapies including essential oils, herbal extracts or homeopathic tinctures are also available. Dimethicone-based products inhibit their excess secretion and kill them. The products are not traditional pesticides and have a good safety profile and are recommended for pregnant and lactating mothers. However, dimethicone is not considered effective in removing eggs from the host.
Therefore, there is a need for the development of new compositions that allow effective and safe treatment of head lice while avoiding the problem of increased resistance.

In a more preferred embodiment, the treatment is repeated after 15 days to reliably eradicate any teeth or eggs that can survive even after the first treatment. Since this eradication agent uses a physical mode of action rather than a biochemical mode of action, these individuals cannot develop resistance and therefore the effect of the treatment does not decrease over time.
The invention is illustrated by the following non-limiting examples:
실시예Example
The following effects study was conducted in 13 patients with this parasitic disease. Eleven of them were female and two were male, all ages between 8 and 40 years old. In all subjects, teeth were found near the scalp and itching was reported.
Two versions of this scavenger composition of the present invention were prepared, one with creamy consistency and the other with fluid consistency. The creamy version of this scavenger was tested on five individuals and the fluid version was tested on eight individuals. The components of the composition are summarized in Table 1.
In each case, this remover was applied to the entire head of the dry hair and left for about 2 hours after covering with a kling film. The product was removed via a conventional shampoo and the hair combed with a comb. This procedure was repeated after one week and all subjects were checked for teeth after the first month of application. The results of this study are summarized in Table 2.
The results show that removal of 8 individuals was observed immediately after the first application of the composition. After one week, only empty crusts and dry nits were observed, all of which were far from the scalp of the subject. One month after the first application, the check showed that no teeth or nits existed in all subjects. In general, the composition proved satisfactory to all without any hypersensitivity, itching, pain or burning sensation.
