Claims (6)
- 다각 기둥 형태로 이루어지되, 내부에는 허니컴 구조가 형성된 복수의 허니컴 촉매 담체 블록들을 포함하며,연결 돌기와 삽입 홈의 결합에 의해, 상기 복수의 허니컴 촉매 담체 블록들이 외측면들끼리 맞대어 배치된 채 조립되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 허니컴 촉매 담체 구조물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 복수의 허니컴 촉매 담체 블록들 각각은 정육각형의 단면을 포함하는 육각기둥 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 허니컴 촉매 담체 구조물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 허니컴 촉매 담체 블록들 각각은 상기 정육각형 단면의 서로 대향되는 변들에 연결 돌기와 삽입 홈이 각각 형성되고, 상기 연결 돌기와 상기 삽입 홈은 각각에 이웃하는 허니컴 촉매 담체 블록에 형성된 삽입 홈 및 연결 돌기에 각각 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 허니컴 촉매 담체 구조물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 허니컴 촉매 담체 블록들 각각은 상기 정육각형 단면의 한 꼭지점 부근에 반 홈을 구비하며, 상기 반 홈은 이웃하는 허니컴 촉매 담체 블록에 같게 형성된 반 홈과 함께 합치형 삽입 홈을 한정하며, 상기 합치형 삽 입 홈에 끼워지는 연결 돌기는 상기 허니컴 촉매 담체 블록의 꼭지점에 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 허니컴 촉매 담체 구조물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 허니컴 촉매 담체 블록들 각각은,상기 정육각형 단면의 제1 변에 형성된 제1 연결 돌기와,상기 제1 변에 대향하는 제2 변에 형성된 제1 삽입 홈과,상기 제1 및 제2 변과 교차하는 제3 및 제4변이 만나는 꼭지점에 형성된 제2 연결 돌기와,상기 제2 연결 돌기와 멀리 있는 상기 제1 및 제2 변의 꼭지점들 부근에 각각 형성되며, 이웃하는 다른 반 홈과 함께 제2 삽입 홈을 형성하는 반 홈들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 허니컴 촉매 담체 구조물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 허니컴 촉매 담체 블록 각각은 제올라이트 52~58wt%, 벤토나이트 10~18wt% 및 잔량 물을 혼합하여 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 허니컴 촉매 담체 구조물.
