Abstract
Description
The present invention provides a microchannel in a large area through a simple replanting operation with a higher precision than a method of repeatedly fabricating a desired microstructure by repeatedly performing patterning and etching using a conventional photolithography method using a contact printing method. It relates to a method of manufacturing a structure in which to place a multi-layer laminated.
In the conventional photolithography method, a microstructured channel can be created only by repeatedly exposing an expensive mask to pattern and etch. To make a simple microstructured channel, expensive masks were needed and many processes were repeated, resulting in poor precision and a difficult process. In addition, there was a difficulty in manufacturing a channel having a multilayer structure.
In the case of the contact printing process, in addition to simplicity and convenience, it is possible to produce a large number of flexible stamps at a low price using a polymer. During the contact printing process, an imprint lithography technique is a technique for repeatedly transferring a nanostructure by pressing a stamp imprinted with a microstructure onto a resist surface of a polymer material coated on a substrate. Patterning for substrates, unusual materials or large areas is possible that is less than conventional microfabrication techniques. In particular, it is useful to fabricate relatively simple, single-layered structures that can be used as devices in sensors and microanalysis systems in MEMS and applied optics.
The success of contact printing determines the extent to which contact bonding and self-assembly processes between the stamp and the substrate are formed and the contact conditions that form the bond strength quickly form functionally and rapidly. Depends on your ability to control Conventional microchannel fabrication techniques have difficulty in fabricating by various processes such as patterning and etching using photolithography techniques. Moreover, when fabricating a multi-layered channel, there is a problem that it is almost impossible or there is a high possibility of misalignment due to deformation of the pattern and torsion of the structure in the stacking process.
The present invention is intended to solve the above problems.
