Claims (4)
- 상수관 사이에 일정 거리마다 차단밸브(100)를 설치하고, 상기 차단밸브(100)는 바디(110)의 원통형의 슬라이드 케이스(200)를 설치하되 상기 슬라이드 케이스(200)는 바디(100)와 브라켓(120)에 이격되어 고정되게 하며, 상기 슬라이드 케이스(200)에는 원추형 디스크(300)가 끼워져 전후진 되게 하되 상기 원추형 디스크(300)가 전진하면 상수흐름을 차단하게 하고, 상기 슬라이드 케이스(200)의 후단에는 상수관 파열시 작동되는 솔레노이드 밸브(140)에 의해 공급되는 압축가스가 공급되어 원추형 디스크(300)를 전진시키게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 긴급 차단 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슬라이드 케이스(200)는 원통형으로 이루어지고, 개방된 곳으로 원추형 디스크(300)가 끼워지게 하되 상기 원추형 디스크(300)의 선단이 상수가 유입되는 쪽을 향하게 하며, 상기 슬라이드 케이스(200)는 바디(110)의 내측에서 일정거리를 이격시켜 브라켓(120)으로 고정하고, 상기 원추형 디스크(300)가 가스압에 의해 전진하면 바디(110)에 고정된 패킹(111)과 밀착하여 상수 흐름이 차단되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 긴급 차단 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슬라이드 케이스(200)로 유입되는 가스는 가스켓(120)에 형성된 통로(121)와 상기 통로(121)에 끼워지는 배관(130)을 통하여 유입되게 하되 상기 배관(130)에는 솔레노이드 밸브(140)를 통하여 가스탱크가 결합되게 하고, 상기 솔레노이드 밸브(140)는 상수관 파열을 감지한 센서(150)의 감지신호에 의해 작동되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 긴급 차단 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상수관을 흐르는 상수압력이나 상수량을 감지하는 센서(150)는 차단밸브(100)와 상수관의 내측에서 상수에 노출되게 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 긴급 차단 밸브.
