Claims (1)
- 차량에 설치되어 클러치를 제어하기 위한 전자석 액튜에이터에 있어서제1단부(202)와 제2단부(203)를 구비한 샤프트(201)와;상기 샤프트(201)의 제1단부(202)의 외측 비자성체 부싱(207)과 결합고정되는 내주면과 외주면을 구비한 너트(204)와;상기 너트(204)의 내주면과 상기 샤프트 제1단부(202) 일측 사이에 배치되고 상기 샤프트(201)가 회전하도록 지지하기 위한 제1베어링(205)과;상기 너트(204)의 내주면, 상기 샤프트의 제1단부(202) 및 상기 제1베어링(205) 사이에 배치된 비자성체 부싱(207)과;상기 비자성체 부싱(207) 일측 끝단에 링 형태로 구성되어 자속의 통로를 형성하는 소자성체(208)와;상기 샤프트가 회전하도록 지지하기 위하여 상기 샤프트(201)의 제2단부(203) 주변에 배치된 제2베어링(206)과;전원을 공급받아 자속루프를 생성하기 위하여 상기 제1베어링(205)과 상기 제2베어링(206) 사이의 샤프트 주변부에 배치되는 전자석 코일(218)과;상기 샤프트(201)와 상기 너트(204)의 외주면 사이까지 확장된 제2벽(212)을 구비하고 상기 샤프트 주위에 배치되어 자속의 통로를 형성하며 또한 제1벽(211)은 상기 전자석 코일(218)과 상기 제2베어링(206) 사이에 위치하며 내측에는 전자석 코일(218)이 위치하고 외측에는 제2베어링(206)이 위치하도록 배치된 강자성체 캔(210)을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량에 설치되어 클러치를 제어하기 위한 전자석 액튜에이터.
