Claims (4)
- 모터의 구동축과 결합되는 제1 보스부재와;회전날개를 포함하는 날개부에 인서트몰딩되는 제2 보스부재와;상기 제1, 제2 보스부재 사이에 충진되어 상기 제1, 제2 보스부재를 상호 연결하며, 상기 모터의 회전력에 의한 회전충격을 흡수할 수 있는 탄성재로 형성된 완충부재; 및상기 제1, 제2 보스부재와 상기 완충부재 또는 상기 날개부 사이의 슬립 발생 방지 및 결합력 강화를 위한 체결지지부;를 포함하며,상기 체결지지부는 상기 날개부의 회전시 상기 완충부재와 상기 제1, 제2 보스부재 사이의 원주방향 지지를 위한 제1 원주방향 지지수단과,상기 날개부와 상기 제2 보스부재 사이의 원주방향 지지를 위한 제2 원주방향 지지수단과,상기 완충부재와 상기 제1 보스부재 사이의 축방향 지지를 위한 제1 축방향 지지수단과,상기 날개부와 상기 제2 보스부재 사이의 축방향 지지를 위한 제2 축방향 지지수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 보스 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 원주방향 지지수단은 상기 제1 보스부재의 외주면과 상기 제2 보스 부재의 내주면에 각각 원주방향을 따라 상호 소정간격 이격되어 있고 길이방향을 따라 연장된 복수개의 제1, 제2 돌출부를 포함하며,상기 제2 원주방향 지지수단은 상기 제2 보스부재의 외주면에 길이방향을 따라 연장되며 원주방향을 따라 소정간격 이격되는 복수개의 인입홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 보스 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2 축방향 지지수단은 각각 상기 제1, 제2 보스부재의 외주면에 각각 소정깊이 인입되어 원주방향을 따라 연장된 제1, 제2 체결홈 및 상기 제2 보스부재의 내주면에 소정깊이 외측으로 인입되어 원주방향을 따라 연장된 제3 체결홈을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 보스 유닛.
- 외주면에 외측으로 돌출되는 돌출부가 길이방향을 따라 연장되도록 제1 보스부재를 압출성형하는 제1 압출단계와;외주면과 내주면에 각각 길이방향을 따라 연장되고 원주방향을 따라 상호 소정간격 이격되는 인입홈과 돌기부가 마련되도록 제2 보스부재를 압출성형하는 제2 압출단계와;압출성형된 상기 제1, 제2 보스부재를 적정길이로 절단하는 절단단계와;상기 절단된 제1, 제2 보스부재의 외주면에 내측으로 소정깊이 인입되며, 원주방향을 따라 연장되는 축방향 지지수단을 형성하는 절삭단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 보스 유닛 제작방법.
