Claims (4)
- 고압의 압축공기가 유입되어 배출되도록 내부에 상기 압축공기의 이송로가 형성되고, 일측이 개구된 본체와;상기 본체의 개구된 일측을 통해 상기 이송로에 인입 및 인출 가능하게 구비되고 상기 이송로에 유입된 압축공기를 필터링하는 필터부재와;상기 본체의 개구된 일측을 차폐하도록 결합수단에 의해 상기 본체의 개구된 일측에 가압밀착되는 마개를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카세트식 소음기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 본체의 이송로에는 상기 필터부재의 위치를 고정하는 위치고정수단이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카세트식 소음기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 결합수단은상기 본체에 마련된 스크류부재와;상기 마개에 구비되고, 상기 스크류부재가 끼워지도록 끼움홈이 형성된 고정편과;상기 마개가 상기 본체에 가압밀착되게 상기 고정편을 상기 스크류부재에서 상기 마개의 가압방향으로 이동시키면서 상기 스크류부재에 결합되는 결속부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 카세트식 소음기.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 본체는일측이 개구된 통형으로 형성되어 내부에 이송로가 마련되고, 차폐된 타측면에 상기 압축공기가 유입되는 유입구가 형성되며, 외주면에는 유입된 압축공기가 배출되는 다수의 제1배출공이 형성되어 있고,상기 위치고정수단은상기 이송로에 위치되고, 상기 외주면으로부터 이격되며 상기 외주면과 나란하게 형성되어 상기 필터부재가 수용되는 수용공간을 형성하는 필터위치 고정판으로 이루어지고,상기 필터위치 고정판에는 상기 유입구로 유입된 공기가 상기 수용공간으로 배출되도록 다수의 제2배출공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카세트식 소음기.
