Claims (2)
- 규소톱밥 슬러지로부터 희석침전단계 및 사전세척단계를 거쳐 분리된 규소 및 탄화규소로 이루어진 고형분(Si/SiC 고형분)에서 고가의 규소만을 분리함에 있어서,상기 Si/SiC 고형분에 할로겐화유기물이면서 극성물질인 다이브로민화메테인(CH2Br2)과 아세톤을 혼합한 변중액을 첨가하여 분리함을 특징으로 하는 변중액을 이용한 비중차 규소 분리방법.
- 제 1항에 에 있어서,상기 다이브로민화메테인(CH2Br2)과 아세톤이 혼합된 변중액의 밀도는 2.34 내지 2.47인 것을 특징으로 하는 변중액을 이용한 비중차 규소 분리방법.
