Claims (4)
- 모션 제어 컨트롤러로부터 출력되는 펄스를 입력받기 위한 펄스입력단자와;상기 펄스입력단자로부터 입력된 펄스로부터 속도 프로파일을 복원하는 복원모듈과;상기 모션 제어 컨트롤러에 의해 구동되는 대상 시스템의 진동 특성값에 따른 진동상쇄 필터값이 저장된 필터모듈과;상기 속도 프로파일과 상기 진동상쇄 필터값 간 실시간 컨볼루션(convolution)을 수행하여 변조된 속도 프로파일을 생성하고, 상기 변조된 속도 프로파일로부터 변조 펄스를 생성하는 펄스변조모듈; 및상기 변조 펄스를 출력하는 펄스출력단자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스변조용 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서,외부로부터 상기 대상 시스템의 진동 특성값을 입력받기 위한 필터입력부와;입력된 진동 특성값에 기초하여 상기 진동상쇄 필터값을 생성하고 상기 필터모듈에 저장하는 마이컴을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스변조용 커넥터.
- 모션 제어 컨트롤러에 의해 구동되는 대상 시스템의 진동 특성값에 따른 진동상쇄 필터값을 저장하는 단계와;상기 대상 시스템의 구동 제어를 위해 상기 모션 제어 컨트롤러로부터 출력되는 펄스를 입력받는 단계와;입력된 펄스로부터 속도 프로파일을 복원하는 단계와;상기 속도 프로파일과 상기 진동상쇄 필터값 간 실시간 컨볼루션(convolution)을 수행하여 변조된 속도 프로파일을 생성하는 단계와;상기 변조된 속도 프로파일로부터 변조 펄스를 생성하는 단계; 및상기 변조 펄스를 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모션 제어 펄스 변조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 모션 제어 펄스 변조방법은,외부로부터 상기 대상 시스템의 진동 특성값을 입력받는 단계와;입력된 진동 특성값에 기초하여 상기 진동상쇄 필터값을 생성하는 단계를 더 포함하고,상기 진동상쇄 임펄스값을 저장하는 단계는, 상기 생성된 진동상쇄 필터값을 저장하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모션 제어 펄스 변조방법.
