Description
Claims (26)
- 무기 섬유로 이루어지는 평면에서 보았을 때 직사각형인 매트가 복수 적층되어 구성되어 있고,상기 복수의 매트 각각의 길이 방향의 길이는, 적층됨에 따라 순서대로 길어지고,상기 복수의 매트끼리는, 상기 매트의 길이 방향에 수직인 폭방향으로 연장되는 고정부에서 서로 고정되어 있음과 함께, 상기 고정부의 양단부가 상기 매트의 장측면으로부터 이간되어 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유지 시일재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고정부의 제 1 단부와 상기 매트의 제 1 장측면의 최단 거리를 제 1 최단 거리로 하고, 상기 고정부의 제 2 단부와 상기 매트의 제 2 장측면의 최단 거리를 제 2 최단 거리로 했을 경우의 상기 제 1 최단 거리와 상기 제 2 최단 거리의 합계가, 상기 매트의 폭방향 길이의 0.5 ∼ 50% 로 되어 있는 유지 시일재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 고정부는 굴곡점과 변곡점 중 적어도 1 개를 갖고 있는 유지 시일재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 매트의 두께는 1.5 ∼ 15㎜ 인 유지 시일재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 매트는 상기 길이 방향에 수직인 폭방향으로 니들링 처리되어 있는 유지 시일재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 고정부는 재봉사에 의한 재봉에 의해 형성되어 있는 유지 시일재.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 재봉은 본바느질인 유지 시일재.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 재봉의 시점 및 종점 중 적어도 일방에서는 박음질되어 있는 유지 시일재.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 재봉의 솔기 길이는 1 ∼ 100㎜ 인 유지 시일재.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 재봉사는 무명 또는 폴리에스테르로 이루어지는 유지 시일재.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 재봉사의 직경은 0.1 ∼ 5㎜ 인 유지 시일재.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 재봉사의 색은 투명한 것 이외이고, 또한 상기 매트의 색과 상이한 유지 시일재.
- 길이 방향의 길이가 길어지는 순서대로 복수의 매트를 적층하고,적층된 상기 복수의 매트끼리를 고정부에서 고정시키는 유지 시일재의 제조 방법으로서,상기 매트의 길이 방향에 수직인 폭방향으로 연장되도록, 또한, 상기 매트의 장측면으로부터 양단부가 이간되도록 상기 고정부를 형성하여 상기 매트끼리를 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유지 시일재의 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 고정부의 제 1 단부와 상기 매트의 제 1 장측면의 최단 거리를 제 1 최단 거리로 하고, 상기 고정부의 제 2 단부와 상기 매트의 제 2 장측면의 최단 거리를 제 2 최단 거리로 한 경우의 상기 제 1 최단 거리와 상기 제 2 최단 거리의 합 계가, 상기 매트의 폭방향 길이의 0.5 ∼ 50% 가 되도록 상기 고정부를 형성하는 유지 시일재의 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,굴곡점과 변곡점 중 적어도 1 개를 갖도록 상기 고정부를 형성하는 유지 시일재의 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 매트의 두께는 1.5 ∼ 15㎜ 인 유지 시일재의 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 매트에 상기 길이 방향에 수직인 폭방향으로 니들링 처리를 실시하는 유지 시일재의 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,재봉사로 상기 매트끼리를 재봉함으로써 상기 고정부를 형성하는 유지 시일재의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 재봉은 본바느질에 의해 실시하는 유지 시일재의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 재봉의 시점 및 종점 중 적어도 일방을 박음질하는 유지 시일재의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 재봉의 솔기 길이가 1 ∼ 100㎜ 가 되도록 상기 매트끼리를 봉합하는 유지 시일재의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 재봉사는 무명 또는 폴리에스테르로 이루어지는 유지 시일재의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 재봉사의 직경은 0.1 ∼ 5㎜ 인 유지 시일재의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 재봉사의 색은 투명한 것 이외이고, 또한, 상기 매트의 색과 상이한 유지 시일재의 제조 방법.
- 다수의 셀이 셀벽을 사이에 두고 길이 방향으로 병설된 기둥형상의 배기 가스 처리체와,상기 배기 가스 처리체를 수용하는 케이싱과,상기 배기 가스 처리체와 상기 케이싱 사이에 배치 형성되어, 상기 배기 가스 처리체를 유지하는 유지 시일재로 이루어지는 배기 가스 정화 장치로서,상기 유지 시일재는, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 유지 시일재인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 다수의 셀이 셀벽을 사이에 두고 길이 방향으로 병설된 주상의 배기 가스 처리체와,상기 배기 가스 처리체를 수용하는 케이싱과,상기 배기 가스 처리체와 상기 케이싱 사이에 배치 형성되어, 상기 배기 가스 처리체를 유지하는 유지 시일재로 이루어지는 배기 가스 정화 장치로서,상기 유지 시일재는, 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 기재된 유지 시일재의 제조 방법으로 제조한 유지 시일재인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
