Description
Claims (19)
- 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치에 있어서,기판:상기 기판 상에 배치되는 밀봉기판;상기 기판과 상기 밀봉기판 사이에 배치되도록 형성되며, 빛을 방출하는 복수 개의 유기 발광 소자를 갖는 유기 발광부;상기 빛이 외부로 방출되어 나가는 상기 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치의 광추출면에 형성되는 복수 개의 홈을 구비하는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광추출면은 외부와 접하는 상기 밀봉기판의 일면인 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광추출면은 외부와 접하는 상기 기판의 일면인 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홈들은 규칙적으로 배열되도록 형성된 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홈들은 불규칙적으로 배열되도록 형성된 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홈들은 외부에 대하여 오목한 형상을 갖도록 형성된 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홈들은 오목렌즈 형상을 갖도록 형성되는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장차.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 홈들은 구형의 오목렌즈 형성을 갖도록 형성되는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 홈들이 타원형의 오목렌즈 형상을 갖도록 형성되는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장차.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홈들은 슬릿 형상을 가지며 오목하게 파이도록 형성되는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홈들은 서로 겹치도록 형성되어 연속된 배열 구조를 갖는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홈들 각각은 상기 유기 발광 소자에 대응하도록 형성되는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 홈들 각각의 크기는 상기 유기 발광 소자의 크기보다 작게 형성되는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홈들 각각의 간격은 상기 유기 발광 소자들 각각의 간격 보다 크게 형성되는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- (a) 적어도 일측에 평활면을 갖는 기판을 준비하는 단계:(b) 상기 기판의 일면에 스크래치를 형성하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 기판의 일면에 에칭액을 분사하여 복수 개의 홈을 형성하는 단계;를 구비하는 기판의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 (b)단계는 상기 스크래치를 규칙적으로 배열되도록 형성하는 기판의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 (b)단계는 상기 스크래치를 불규칙적으로 배열되도록 형성하는 기판의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 (c)단계는 상기 홈들이 외부에 대하여 오목한 형상을 갖도록 형성되는 기판의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 (c)단계는,상기 기판의 일면에 상기 에칭액을 분사하는 단계;상기 에칭액이 상기 기판의 일면을 에칭하는 단계; 및상기 기판의 일면을 세정하는 단계;를 구비하는 기판의 제조방법.
