- 전지케이스의 제조에 사용되는 라미네이트 시트로서, 우수한 인장강도와 내후성의 고분자 수지를 기반으로 한 외부 피복층, 수분 및 가스를 차단할 수 있는 고분자 수지를 기반으로 한 기능성 차단층, 및 열융착성 고분자 수지를 기반으로 한 내부 실란트층을 포함하고 있는 것으로 구성되어 있는 라미네이트 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기능성 차단층은 이층 구조 또는 다층 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기능성 차단층은 가스 차단성 고분자 수지로서, 폴리에스테르 일레스토머(TPEE) 및/또는 폴리비닐알코올(PVA)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 시트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올은 검화도(Degree of Saponification)가 99.5 몰% 이하이고, 중합도(Degree of Polymerization)가 300 내지 3000인 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기능성 차단층은 수분 차단성 고분자 수지로서, 폴리올레핀계 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 시트.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지는 폴리에틸렌(HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, VLDPE), 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부텐, 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무(EP rubber), 에틸렌-프로필렌디엔 고무(EPD rubber), 폴리-4-메틸-1-펜텐(TPX), 프로필렌, 부텐, 헥센 및/또는 옥텐과 에틸렌의 공중합체, 및 올레핀계 열가소성 탄성체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 중합체 또는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기능성 차단층은 폴리에스테르 일레스토머(TPEE) 필름층과 폴리올레핀계 수지층의 이층 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기능성 차단층은 폴리비닐알코올 수지층과 폴리올레핀계 수지층의 이층 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 시트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기능성 차단층은 공압출에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 피복층의 고분자 수지는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET) 또는 연신 나일론을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 실란트층의 고분자 수지는 무연신 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 피복층의 두께는 5 내지 30 ㎛이고, 상기 기능성 차단층의 두께는 30 내지 150 ㎛이며, 상기 내부 실란트층의 두께는 15 내지 150 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 라미네이트 시트를 사용하여 제조되는 이차전지 케이스.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트 시트의 일측에 딥-드로잉에 의해 전극조립체가 안착될 수 있는 수납부를 형성하고 타측을 덮개의 형태로 절곡하여 파우치형 형태로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 케이스.
- 제 14 항에 따른 전지케이스를 포함하고 있는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 이차전지는 상기 라미네이트 시트로 이루어진 파우치형 케이스에 전극조립체가 내장되어 있고 여기에 리튬염 함유 전해액이 겔상으로 함침되어 있는 리튬이온 폴리머 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 이차전지는 중대형 전지팩의 단위전지로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
