Claims (8)
- 특정 형상 구조물의 외면에 금속 포일(foil)을 부착시켜 금속 포일 기재를 준비하는 금속 포일 단계;상기 금속 포일 기재를 양극 산화 가공하여 상기 금속 포일 기재의 외면에 미세 홀을 형성하는 양극 산화 단계;상기 금속 포일 기재의 외면에 비젖음성 고분자 물질을 코팅하여 상기 비젖음성 고분자 물질을 상기 금속 기재의 미세 홀에 대응하는 음극 복제 구조물로 형성하는 음극 복제 단계;상기 음극 복제 구조물의 외면을 외부 형성 물질로 감싸는 외부 구조물 형성 단계; 및상기 음극 복제 구조물과 상기 외부 형성 물질로부터 상기 금속 포일 기재를 제거하는 금속 포일 제거 단계;를 포함하는 금속 포일을 이용한 소수성 표면을 갖는 3차원 형상 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속 포일은 알루미늄 소재로 된 얇은 박막 형태의 알루미늄 포일인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 포일을 이용한 소수성 표면을 갖는 3차원 형상 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속 포일과 상기 특정 형상 구조물의 표면에 상기 금속 포일을 부착하는 과정에서 면과 면 사이의 공간으로 공기가 유입되지 않도록 상기 금속 포일을 순차적으로 압착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 포일을 이용한 소수성 표면을 갖는 3차원 형상 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 특정 형상 구조물을 전해질 용액 내에서 전해 연마(electropolishing)를 실시하여, 상기 특정 형상 구조물의 표면을 평탄화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 포일을 이용한 소수성 표면을 갖는 3차원 형상 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양극 산화 단계는 전해질 용액이 채워진 양극 산화 장치에 상기 금속 기재를 담근 후 상기 금속 기재에 전극을 인가시킴으로써 상기 미세 홀을 갖는 양극 산화층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 포일을 이용한 소수성 표면을 갖는 3차원 형상 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음극 복제 단계는 상기 비젖음성 고분자 물질이 상기 금속 기재의 미세 홀에 주입되어, 상기 음극 복제 구조물이 상기 미세 홀에 대응하는 다수 개의 기둥 들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 포일을 이용한 소수성 표면을 갖는 3차원 형상 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 비젖음성 고분자 용액은 PTFE(Polytetrahluorethylene), FEP(Fluorinated ethylene propylene copoymer), PFA(Perfluoroalkoxy) 으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 포일을 이용한 소수성 표면을 갖는 3차원 형상 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속 포일 기재를 화학적인 식각에 의해 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 포일을 이용한 소수성 표면을 갖는 3차원 형상 구조물의 제조방법.
