Description
そうすると、金属箔基材の陽極酸化層120には、図10に示されているようにナノメートル単位直径を有する微細ホール121が形成される。
ただし、非ぬれ性高分子溶液33は、PTFE(Polytetrahluorethylene)、FEP(Fluorinated ethylene propylene copoymer)、PFA(Perfluoroalkoxy)からなる群より選択された少なくともいずれか一つの物質からなる。
金属箔はアルミニウム素材からなる箔を使用する。このようなアルミニウム箔は、厚さが27μmであり、その大きさが3.5cm×5cmである。アルミニウム箔は特定形状構造物に付着されて金属箔基材として形成される。このように形成された金属箔基材は0.3Mのシュウ酸溶液で13時間陽極酸化が行われた。
その後では、陽極酸化を行ったアルミニウム箔に非ぬれ性高分子物質をコーティングすることによって陰極複製構造物を形成し、外部形成物質を付着した。次に、陰極複製構造物の表面で液体との接触角を実験した結果、図15に示された写真のように、液体との接触角が160°以上で極度に高くなったことが確認された。

Claims (8)
- 特定形状構造物の外面に金属箔(foil)を付着させて、金属箔基材を用意する金属箔段階;
前記金属箔基材を陽極酸化加工して、前記金属箔基材の外面に微細ホールを形成する陽極酸化段階;
前記金属箔基材の外面に非ぬれ性高分子物質をコーティングして、前記非ぬれ性高分子物質を前記金属基材の微細ホールに対応する陰極複製構造物に形成する陰極複製段階;
前記陰極複製構造物の外面を外部形成物質で囲む外部構造物形成段階;及び
前記陰極複製構造物と前記外部形成物質から前記金属箔基材を除去する金属箔除去段階;
を含む、金属箔を利用した疎水性表面を有する3次元形状構造物の製造方法。 - 前記金属箔はアルミニウム素材からなる薄い薄膜形態のアルミニウム箔であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属箔を利用した疎水性表面を有する3次元形状構造物の製造方法。
- 前記金属箔と前記特定形状構造物の表面に前記金属箔を付着する過程において、面と面の間の空間へ空気が流入しないように前記金属箔を順次に圧着させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属箔を利用した疎水性表面を有する3次元形状構造物の製造方法。
- 前記特定形状構造物を電解質溶液内で電解研磨(electropolishing)を行って前記特定形状構造物の表面を平坦化させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属箔を利用した疎水性表面を有する3次元形状構造物の製造方法。
- 前記陽極酸化段階は、電解質溶液が満たされた陽極酸化装置に前記金属基材を浸漬した後、前記金属基材に電極を印加させることによって前記微細ホールを有する陽極酸化層を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属箔を利用した疎水性表面を有する3次元形状構造物の製造方法。
- 前記陰極複製段階は、前記非ぬれ性高分子物質が前記金属基材の微細ホールに注入されて、前記陰極複製構造物が前記微細ホールに対応する複数個の柱を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属箔を利用した疎水性表面を有する3次元形状構造物の製造方法。
- 前記非ぬれ性高分子溶液は、PTFE(Polytetrahluorethylene)、FEP(Fluorinated ethylene propylene copoymer)、PFA(Perfluoroalkoxy)からなる群より選択された少なくともいずれか一つの物質であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の金属箔を利用した疎水性表面を有する3次元形状構造物の製造方法。
- 前記金属箔基材を化学的なエッチングによって除去することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の金属箔を利用した疎水性表面を有する3次元形状構造物の製造方法。
