Claims (6)
- TFT 기판(110)과 칼라필터(120)가 접합되어 액정패널(100)을 형성하고, 이 액정패널(100)의 배면에 백라이트유닛이 설치되어 구성되는 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 액정패널(100)에 기준전압을 인가하기 위한 Vcom라인(130)이 액정패널(100)의 외부에 설치되고, 상기 Vcom라인(130)이 액정패널(100)의 외부로부터 액정패널(100)의 적어도 어느 일측 외곽부에 접속되어 쇼트포인트(135)를 형성하여, 액정패널(100)의 외곽라인을 따라 형성되는 블랙매트릭스(105)의 폭을 슬림하게 설계할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 내로우 비엠을 갖는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 Vcom라인(130)은 FPC(132) 또는 COF에 형성되어 액정패널(100)의 외부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내로우 비엠을 갖는 액정표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 액정패널(100)의 적어도 일측 에지부에는 게이트IC(112)가 실장되고, 상기 Vcom라인(130)이 실장된 FPC(132) 또는 COF에는 상기 게이트IC(112)의 구동을 위한 전원선 및 신호선이 함께 실장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내로우 비엠을 갖는 액정표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 액정패널(100) 외곽라인의 블랙매트릭스(105) 영역에는 ASG(114)가 실장되고, 상기 Vcom라인(130)이 실장된 FPC(132) 또는 COF에는 상기 ASG(114)의 구동을 위한 전원선 및 신호선이 함께 실장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내로우 비엠을 갖는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 액정패널(100)의 액티브 영역을 종방향 또는 횡방향으로 가로지르는 적어도 하나 이상의 크로스라인에 블랙매트릭스(107)가 형성되고, 상기 블랙매트릭스(107)가 형성되는 영역에는 게이트IC(112) 또는 ASG(114)가 실장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내로우 비엠을 갖는 액정표시장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,적어도 어느 하나의 Vcom라인(130)은 FPC(132) 또는 COF에 실장되어 상기 크 로스라인의 블랙매트릭스(107) 일단부에 연결되고, 상기 FPC(132) 또는 COF에는 상기 게이트IC(112) 또는 ASG(114)의 구동을 위한 전원선 및 신호선이 함께 실장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내로우 비엠을 갖는 액정표시장치.
