Claims (7)
- 광학필름 롤이 회전 가능하게 배치되는 언와인딩 롤러;상기 광학필름 롤에서 풀리는 광학필름의 양면 근처에 각각 배치되고, 보호필름 롤이 회전 가능하게 배치되는 보호 필름 롤러;상기 광학필름 롤에서 풀리는 광학필름의 양면을 압착하여 상기 보호필름을 상기 광학필름의 양면에 각각 합지시키는 라미네이트 롤러;상기 언와인딩 롤러와 라미네이트 롤러 사이에 상기 광학필름의 양면을 압착하면서 회전하도록 배치되고, 상기 언와인딩 롤러 측 광학필름 구간과 상기 라미네이트 롤러 측 광학필름 구간의 장력을 구분시키는 피드 롤러; 및상기 라미네이트 롤러에서 합지된 합지필름을 감는 리와인딩 롤러;를 포함하는 광학필름 라미네이트 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 라미네이트 롤러와 상기 리와인딩 롤러 사이에 상기 합지필름의 양면을 압착하면서 회전되도록 배치되고, 상기 라미네이트 롤러 측 광학필름 구간과 상기 리와인딩 롤러 측 광학필름 구간의 장력을 구분시키는 배지 롤러를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학필름 라미네이트 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 언와인딩 롤러와 상기 피드 롤러 사이에 상기 광학필름을 압착하면서 상기 광학필름의 이송에 따라 회전되는 픽업 롤러가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학필름 라미네이트 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 픽업 롤러에는 상기 광학필름의 장력을 측정하여 상기 광학필름의 장력을 조절할 수 있도록 압력센서가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학필름 라미네이트 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배지 롤러와 상기 리와인딩 롤러 사이에 상기 합지필름을 압착하면서 상기 합지필름의 이송에 따라 회전되는 푸시 롤러가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학필름 라미네이트 시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 푸시 롤러에는 상기 합지필름의 장력을 측정하여 상기 합지필름의 장력을 조절할 수 있도록 압력센서가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학필름 라미네이트 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 라미네이트 롤러는 상기 보호필름 롤에서 풀리는 보호필름과 면접촉되면서 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학필름 라미네이트 시스템.
