Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- (a) 알킬화가능한 방향족 화합물을 포함하는 제 1 공급물, 및 알켄 및 하나 이상의 알케인을 포함하는 제 2 공급물을 제 1 알킬화 반응 대역내로 도입하는 단계;(b) 상기 알켄에 의해 상기 알킬화가능한 방향족 화합물의 알킬화를 야기시키는데 효과적인, 상기 알킬화가능한 방향족 화합물의 일부는 기상으로 존재하고 일부는 액상으로 존재하는 조건하에서 상기 제 1 알킬화 반응 대역을 운전하는 단계;(c) 상기 알킬방향족 화합물, 미반응된 알킬화가능한 방향족 화합물, 임의의 미반응 알켄 및 상기 알케인을 포함하는 유출물을 상기 제 1 알킬화 반응 대역으로부터 회수하는 단계;(d) 상기 유출물로부터 상기 알케인을 제거하지 않고서, 상기 유출물 및 상기 알켄을 제 2 알킬화 반응 대역에 공급하는 단계; 및(e) 상기 알켄에 의해 상기 알킬화가능한 방향족 화합물의 알킬화를 야기시키는데 효과적인, 상기 알킬화가능한 방향족 화합물의 일부는 기상으로 존재하고 일부는 액상으로 존재하는 조건하에서 상기 제 2 알킬화 반응 대역을 운전하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 단계(b) 및 (e)에서의 운전 조건이 각각의 제 1 및 제 2 알킬화 반응 대역에서의 기체의 부피에 대한 액체의 부피의 비가 약 0.1 내지 약 10이 되는 조건인, 알킬화 촉매를 각각 함유하는 적어도 제 1 및 제 2 직렬-연결된 알킬화 반응 대역을 포함하는 다단 반응 시스템내에서 알킬방향족 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 단계(b) 및 (e)에서의 운전 조건이 각각의 제 1 및 제 2 알킬화 반응 대역에서의 기체의 부피에 대한 액체의 부피의 비가 약 0.2 내지 약 5가 되는 조건인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 2 공급물이 적어도 20 중량%의 상기 알켄을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 공급물이 약 20 내지 약 80 중량%의 상기 알켄을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 공급물내의 상기 알케인이 상기 알켄과 동일한 갯수 또는 그 이하의 탄소 원자를 갖는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 알켄이 에틸렌을 포함하고,상기 알킬화가능한 방향족 화합물이 벤젠을 포함하며,상기 알킬방향족 화합물이 에틸벤젠을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 단계(b)에서의 조건이 약 120 내지 약 270℃의 온도 및 약 675 내지 약 8300kPa의 압력을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 알켄이 프로필렌을 포함하고,상기 알킬화가능한 방향족 화합물이 벤젠을 포함하며,상기 알킬방향족 화합물이 큐멘을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 단계(b)에서의 조건이 약 80 내지 약 180℃의 온도 및 약 675 내지 약 4000kPa의 압력을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 알켄이 1-뷰텐 및/또는 2-뷰텐을 포함하고,상기 알킬화가능한 방향족 화합물이 벤젠을 포함하며,상기 알킬방향족 화합물이 2급-뷰틸벤젠을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 단계(b)에서의 조건이 약 50 내지 약 250℃의 온도 및 약 355 내지 약 3550kPa의 압력을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 알킬화 촉매가 MCM-22, PSH-3, SSZ-25, ERB-1, ITQ-1, ITQ-2, MCM-36, MCM-49, MCM-56 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 분자체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 알킬화 촉매가 약 2 내지 약 12의 구속지수(Constraint Index)를 가진 분자체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 알킬화 촉매가 ZSM-5, ZSM-11, ZSM-12, ZSM-22, ZSM-23, ZSM-35, ZSM-48 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 분자체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 알킬화 촉매가 2 미만의 구속지수를 가진 분자체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 알킬화 촉매가 제올라이트 베타, 파우자사이트, 제올라이트 Y, 울트라스테이블(Ultrastable) Y(USY), 디알루미나이즈드(Dealuminized) Y(Deal Y), 모데나이트, TEA-모데나이트, ZSM-3, ZSM-4, ZSM-18, ZSM-20 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 분자체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 16항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,(f) 상기 제 2 알킬화 반응 대역의 유출물로부터 상기 폴리알킬화된 방향족 화합물을 분리하는 단계, 및(g) 상기 폴리알킬화된 방향족 화합물의 적어도 일부를 트랜스알킬화 조건하에서 트랜스알킬화 촉매의 존재하에 추가의 상기 알킬화가능한 방향족 화합물과 접촉시켜 추가의 모노알킬방향족 화합물을 형성시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 공급물을, 상기 직렬-연결된 다단 반응 시스템과 별도로 그의 상류의 바이패스가능한 예비-반응기내에서 알킬화 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 다단 반응 시스템으로부터의 미반응된 알킬화가능한 방향족 화합물 및 미반응 알켄을, 상기 다단 반응 시스템과 별도로 그의 하류의 후처리 반응기내에서 알킬화 조건하에 알킬화 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
