Claims (6)
- 내부에 회전자와 고정자가 설치되는 결합공이 형성되고, 외면에는 냉각수가 이동되는 냉각유로가 형성되는 프레임과;상기 냉각유로를 외부와 차폐하도록 상기 프레임이 내부에 압입되는 프레임커버와;상기 냉각유로와 연통되도록 상기 프레임 또는 프레임커버에 적어도 하나 이상 형성되고, 냉각수가 유입 및 배출되는 유로입구 및 유로출구와;상기 냉각유로에 간격을 두고 설치되어 냉각유로를 구획하고, 상기 구획된 냉각유로 사이를 연통시키는 유로통로가 양단에 교대로 형성되는 구획리브를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전동기 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구획리브는 상기 프레임의 원주방향을 따라 일정한 간격으로 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 전동기 냉각장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 구획리브의 길이는 600mm, 상기 유로통로의 높이는 130mm로 형성되고, 상기 유로통로의 너비는 125mm보다 크고 300mm보다 작게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전동기 냉각장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 유로통로의 너비는 250mm임을 특징으로 하는 전동기 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유로입구와 연통되는 냉각유로에는 상기 유로입구에서 상기 유로통로를 향하여 연장되는 가이드리브가 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 전동기 냉각장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 가이드리브는 냉각수의 유입방향에 평행하게 형성된 평행부와 상기 유로통로를 향해 기울어진 안내부를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전동기 냉각장치.
