Claims (7)
- 원형 마킹된 시편을 지지하는 지그;상기 시편에 고전압을 이용하여 열을 가하는 고전압 발생기; 및상기 시편의 평면변형을 위해 상기 지그를 양측으로 당겨서, 상기 시편에 넥 파단을 발생시키는 유압실린더;를 포함하는 온도조건을 고려한 시편의 성형한계 데이터 측정장치
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시편의 일면에 부착되어 온도를 측정하는 열전대 온도계를 더 포함하는 온도조건을 고려한 시편의 성형한계 데이터 측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시편의 온도를 냉각하기 위한 가스 공급부를 더 포함하는 온도조건을 고려한 시편의 성형한계 데이터 측정장치.
- 원형 마킹된 시편의 양단부를 지그에 고정하는 단계;상기 시편에 고전압 발생기로 열을 가하는 단계;상기 시편의 평면변형을 위해 상기 지그를 양측으로 당기는 단계; 및상기 시편에 넥-파단이 발생하면, 넥-파단이 일어난 부분과 근접한 상기 원 형 마킹의 변형률을 측정하여 표시하는 단계;를 포함하는 온도조건을 고려한 시편의 성형한계 데이터 측정방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 고전압 발생기로 열을 가하는 경우는 열간 프레스 성형공정과 동일한 온도이력이 발생하는 시간 및 온도 조건 하에 이루어지는 온도조건을 고려한 시편의 성형한계 데이터 측정방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 고전압 발생기로 열을 가한 후 상기 시편의 온도를 냉각하기 위해 가스 공급부로 상기 시편에 가스를 분사하는 단계를 더 포함하는 온도조건을 고려한 시편의 성형한계 데이터 측정방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 지그를 양측으로 당기는 경우는 유압실린더를 이용하며, 상기 시편이 준정적으로 인장되도록 하는 온도조건을 고려한 시편의 성형한계 데이터 측정방법.
