Claims (4)
- 튜브;상기 튜브의 내부에 봉입되는 필라멘트;상기 필라멘트를 고정하는 고정부;상기 고정부로부터 외측으로 연장되는 내측 리드 와이어;상기 내측 리드 와이어가 접합되는 접속단자; 및상기 접속단자에 접합되고, 외측으로 더 연장되는 외측 리드 와이어가 포함되고,상기 내측 리드 와이어, 접속단자, 및 상기 외측 리드 와이어는 모두가 같은 재질을 사용하는 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 내측 리드 와이어, 접속단자, 및 상기 외측 리드 와이어는 몰리브덴을 재질로 하는 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고정부는,상기 석영관의 내부에서, 상기 필라멘트가 그 사이 간격에 고정되는 부쉬, 및 외측링; 및상기 부쉬의 내측에 지지되도록, 상기 내측 리드 와이어의 단부에 제공되는 스프링이 포함되는 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 필라멘트는 탄소를 재질로 하는 히터.
