Claims (13)
- 양극, 음극, 전해액 및 분리막을 구비하는 이차 전지에 있어서, 상기 음극은 Si-C 복합물 입자를 포함하는 음극활물질을 포함하며, 상기 전해액은 플루오로에틸렌 카보네이트(fluoroethylene carbonate, FEC)를 포함하는 것이 특징인 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플루오로에틸렌 카보네이트의 함량은 전해액 100 중량부당 3 내지 30 중량부인 것이 특징인 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Si-C 복합물 입자는 실리콘 및 제1 탄소성 물질이 기계적 혼합에 의해 형성된 것이 특징인 이차 전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 혼합은 고에너지 볼 밀(high energy ball mill), 유성 밀(planetary mill), 교반 볼 밀(stirred ball mill) 또는 진동 밀(vibrating mill)인 것이 특징인 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Si-C 복합물 입자는 실리콘(Si) : 탄소(C) = 40~80 중량부 : 20~60 중량부의 비율로 이루어진 것이 특징인 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Si-C 복합물 입자의 입경은 20 ㎛ 이하인 것이 특징인 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Si-C 복합물 입자의 비표면적은 3 내지 100 ㎡/g인 것이 특징인 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극활물질은 Si-C 복합물 입자 및 제2 탄소성 물질 입자를 포함하는 것이 특징인 이차 전지.
- 제8항에 있어서, Si-C 복합물 입자와 제2 탄소성 물질 입자는 균일하게 혼합되어 있으며, 제2 탄소성 물질 입자가 Si-C 복합물 입자의 표면을 둘러싸고 있는 형태인 것이 특징인 이차 전지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 Si-C 복합물 입자 및 제2 탄소성 물질 입자의 사용비율(중량부)은 Si-C 복합물 입자 : 제2 탄소성 물질 입자 = 2~10 : 90~98 인 것이 특징인 이차 전지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2 탄소성 물질 입자의 입경은 5 내지 100 ㎛인 것이 특징인 이차 전지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2 탄소성 물질 입자의 비표면적은 2 내지 5 ㎡/g 인 것이 특징인 이차 전지.
- 제1 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이차 전지는 리튬 이차 전지인 것이 특징인 이차 전지.
