Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 양극판과 음극판 및 세퍼레이터를 적층하여 권취한 전극조립체;상기 전극조립체를 수용하도록 개구가 형성된 캔;상기 캔의 개구부를 마감하며 양 측부에는 홈이 형성된 캡플레이트와, 상기 캡플레이트에 절연되어 삽입된 전극단자를 구비하는 캡조립체;상기 전극단자에 전기적으로 접속되며, 일측에 충방전 단자가 구비된 보호회로 기판; 및상기 캡플레이트에 형성된 각각의 홈과 결합하며, 상기 보호회로 기판과 솔더링되는 전도성 지지부재를 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로 기판은 중앙에 홀이 형성되고, 상기 홀에는 결합부재가 상기 홀을 덮도록 접속되며, 상기 결합부재는 상기 전극단자에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 전도성 지지부재의 높이는 상기 결합부재 및 전극단자의 높이를 합친 높이보다 큰 높이로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전도성 지지부재는 상기 보호회로 기판에 접속되는 제 1 영역;상기 제 1 영역으로부터 절곡되어 연장된 제 2 영역; 및,상기 제 2 영역으로부터 연장되어 절곡된 동시에 상기 캡플레이트의 홈에 접속되는 제 3 영역으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 전도성 지지부재는 상기 제 2 영역을 중심으로 상기 제 1 영역은 제 1 방향으로 절곡되고, 상기 제 3 영역은 상기 제 1 방향의 반대 방향인 제 2 방향으로 절곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 전도성 지지부재는 상기 제 3 영역이 평면상 사각 또는 원호형 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전도성 지지부재는 니켈 또는 니켈을 포함하는 합금으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홈에 접속된 상기 전도성 지지부재에는 레이져 용접부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 레이져 용접부는 상기 홈에 안착된 상기 전도성 지지부재의 상면에 복수 개의 점 형상(spot)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 캡플레이트에 형성된 홈은 평면상 사각 또는 반원 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 충방전 단자를 외부로 노출시키도록 충방전 단자홀이 형성된 커버케이스가 더 구비되고, 상기 커버케이스는 충방전상기 보호회로 기판 및 상기 전도성 지지부재를 덮으며 상기 캔에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 보호회로 기판에는 검사 단자가 더 형성되고, 상기 커버케이스에는 상기 검사 단자를 외부로 노출시키도록 검사단자홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
