Claims (4)
- UV 중합형 아크릴계 점착제의 제조방법에 있어서,(a) 로진과 글리시딜 메타아크릴레이트를 촉매 존재 하에서 중합하여 로진메타아크릴레이트를 제조하는 단계;(b) 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트, 아크릴산, 및 비닐아세테이트를 중합하여 아크릴계 점착제를 제조하는 단계;(c) 상기 로진메타아크릴레이트, 상기 아크릴계 점착제 및 광개시제를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 혼합물에 UV를 조사하여 중합시키는 단계를 포함하는 UV 중합형 아크릴계 점착제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 로진메타아크릴레이트와 아크릴계 점착제의 비는 중량비로서 1:0.25~4인 것을 특징으로 UV 중합형 아크릴계 점착제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, UV 조사량은 200 mJ/cm2~1000 mJ/cm2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 UV 중합형 아크릴계 점착제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 아크릴산의 함량은 아크릴계 점착제의 총 중량에 대하여 5~15 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 UV 중합형 아크릴계 점착제의 제조방법.
