Claims (6)
- 피라미모나스 젤리디콜라(Pyramimonas gelidicola; KCTC 11115BP) 또는 그 배양액을 포함하는 결빙방지용 첨가제인 결빙방지용 첨가제.
- (ⅰ) 피라미모나스 젤리디콜라(Pyramimonas gelidicola; KCTC 11115BP)를 배양 배지에 접종하는 단계;(ⅱ) (i)을 0 내지 +5℃에서 배양하는 단계; 및(ⅲ) 상기 (ⅱ)단계로부터 배양액을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 피라미모나스 젤리디콜라를 배양한 배양액을 결빙방지 물질로서 대량으로 수득하는 방법.
- 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 (ⅰ) 단계의 배양배지는 ASW 배지, Aquil 배지, f/2 배지, f/5 배지, f/10 배지 또는 이들의 변형배지로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 방법.
- 시료에 피라미모나스 젤리디콜라(Pyramimonas gelidicola; KCTC 11115BP) 또는 그 배양액을 첨가하여 일정 온도에서 시료의 결빙을 방지하는 결빙방지 방법.
- 제4 항에 있어서, 상기 일정 온도는 시료 혹은 시료보관을 위한 용액의 어는점보다 0 내지 10°낮은 온도인 결빙방지 방법.
- 제4 항에 있어서, 상기 시료는 식품, 약품, 색소, 농화학제 및 생물학적 재료로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 방법.
