Claims (8)
- 케이블 내부에 위치하는 내부도체와, 상기 내부도체의 외부에 배치되며 다수의 다공질의 셀을 형성하는 발포소재로 마련된 절연체와, 상기 절연체의 외주를 둘러싸며 형성된 외부도체와 외부도체 외주를 둘러싸며 케이블의 외형을 형성하는 시스를 포함하며,상기 절연체는 케이블 단면에서 상기 셀의 최장직경이 300㎛ 이상인 매크로셀에 대한 면적의 합이 셀의 최장직경이 300㎛보다 작은 마이크로셀에 대한 면적의 합보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 고발포 동축케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서,케이블 단면에서 전체 단면적에 대한 상기 매크로셀의 면적비가 63.6% 이상 92.0% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고발포 동축케이블.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 절연체는 밀도가 0.05g/㎤ 내지 0.20g/㎤ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 고발포 동축케이블.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 절연체의 발포도가 78.9% 내지 94.7%인 것을 특징으로 하는 고발포 동 축케이블.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 절연체의 비유전율이 1.085 내지 1.291의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 고발포 동축케이블.
- 제5항에 있어서,케이블의 신호 전파속도가 공기 중 신호 전파속도 대비 88% 내지 96%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 고발포 동축케이블.
- 제1항 또는 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 절연체는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE)을 50 내지 90중량%, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE)을 10 내지 50중량%, 핵제를 0.1 ~ 3중량% 포함하여 가스 발포 성형함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고발포 동축케이블.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 절연체의 외주를 둘러싸는 외부 스킨층을 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고발포 동축케이블.
