Claims (3)
- 레스베라트롤을 함유하는 포도 송이 가지의 추출액을 에틸아세테이트로 분획하여 분획물을 획득하는 단계(a);상기 분획물을 실리카겔에 흡착시키고 건조시키는 단계(b); 및,건조 후, 실리카겔에 n-헥산과 에틸아세테이트로 조성되는 용출 용매를 흘리면서 흡착되어 있는 레스베라트롤을 용출시키는 단계(c);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포도 송이 가지의 추출액으로부터 레스베라트롤을 고순도로 정제하는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서,n-헥산과 에틸아세테이트로 조성되는 용출 용매는,그 조성 비율이 실리카겔에 흘리는 동안 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포도 송이 가지의 추출액으로부터 레스베라트롤을 고순도로 정제하는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서,레스베라트롤을 함유하는 포도 송이 가지의 추출액은,80~100%(v/v) 에탄올을 추출용매로 사용하여, 35~45℃에서 초음파를 가하여 추출한 것을 특징으로 하는 포도 송이 가지의 추출액으로부터 레스베라트롤을 고순 도로 정제하는 방법
