Claims (9)
- 합성 가스인 일산화탄소와 수소로부터 가솔린, 디젤, 왁스 등을 제조하는 피셔-트롭쉬 반응에 사용되는 촉매의 제조방법에 있어서,메탈 폼 구조체(1)에 촉매 바인더와 물로 이루어진 슬러리를 이용하여 일차 구형 촉매 형상부(2)를 만들고, 이후 제조된 구형 촉매 형상부 위에 분말 형태의 코발트 촉매와 알루미나 졸로 제조된 촉매 슬러리를 이용하여 이차 표면 코팅(coating) 하여 코발트 촉매부(3)를 형성하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈 구조체를 촉매 골격으로 하는 코발트 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 메탈 폼 구조체(1)는 열전달성이 있는 알루미늄, 철, 스테인레스 스틸, 철-크롬-알루미늄 합금(Fecralloy), 니켈-크롬 합금으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈 구조체를 촉매 골격으로 하는 코발트 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 메탈 폼 구조체(1)의 형태는 수세미(폼) 형태이고, 기공 크기는 5 ~ 50 ppi(pore per inch)인 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈 구조체를 촉매 골격으로 하는 코발트 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 촉매 바인더는 벤토나이트(H2Al2O6Si)인 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈 구조체를 촉매 골격으로 하는 코발트 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 코발트 촉매는 알루미나(Al2O3), 실리카(SiO2), 티타니아(TiO2)로 이루어진 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 지지체에 코발트 나이트레이트(Co(NO3)26H2O)나 코발트 아세테이트((CH3CO2)2Co4H2O) 중에서 선택된 코발트 전구체가 함침되어 제조된 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈 구조체를 촉매 골격으로 하는 코발트 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 촉매 바인더와 물로 이루어진 슬러리의 농도는 촉매 바인더와 물의 조 성이 1 : 10에서 5 : 1의 중량비를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈 구조체를 촉매 골격으로 하는 코발트 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 코발트 촉매 분말과 알루미나 졸로 이루어진 촉매 슬러리의 농도는 코발트 촉매 분말과 알루미나 졸의 조성이 1 : 10에서 5 : 1의 중량비를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈 구조체를 촉매 골격으로 하는 코발트 촉매의 제조방법.
- 합성 가스인 일산화탄소와 수소로부터 가솔린, 디젤, 왁스 등을 제조하는 피셔-트롭쉬 반응에 사용되는 촉매에 있어서,상기 1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 촉매 골격으로서 메탈 폼 구조체(1)와;상기 메탈 폼 구조체에 촉매 바인더와 물로 이루어진 슬러리로 1차 코팅되어 형성된 구형 촉매 형상부(2)와;상기 구형 촉매 형상부(2) 위에 코발트 촉매와 알루미나 졸로 이루어진 촉매 슬러리를 이용하여 2차 코팅하여 형성된 코발트 촉매부(3)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈 구조체를 촉매 골격으로 하는 코발트 촉매.
- 피셔-트롭쉬 반응에 사용되는 촉매를 이용하여 합성 가스인 일산화탄소와 수소로부터 왁스 액체 연료를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 메탈 구조체를 촉매 골격으로 하는 코발트 촉매를 이용하여 반응 온도 200∼250 ℃와 반응 압력 20∼25 atm 하에서 피셔-트롭쉬 반응을 수행하여 액체 연료 왁스를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈 구조체를 촉매 골격으로 하는 코발트 촉매를 이용한 피셔-트롭쉬 반응에서의 고선택적 왁스 액체 연료 제조 방법.
