Description
Claims (7)
- 일단이 불평형 신호의 입출력단자로 제공되는 제1 도전 패턴;상기 제1 도전 패턴과 전자기적 결합을 이루며 양단이 평형 신호의 입출력단자로 제공되는 제2 도전 패턴; 및상기 제2 도전 패턴의 전기적 길이의 중심부와 접지부의 사이에 연결되는 제1 가변 캐패시터를 포함하는 발룬 트랜스포머.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 도전 패턴의 타단에 연결되는 제2 가변 캐패시터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발룬 트랜스포머.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 도전 패턴 및 제2 도전 패턴은,유전체 기판의 동일한 일면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발룬 트랜스포머.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 도전 패턴 및 제2 도전 패턴은,동일한 중심점을 중심으로 복수개의 루프형 패턴이 교대로 형성된 인덕터 패턴인 것을 특징으로 하는 발룬 트랜스포머.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제1 도전 패턴 및 제2 도전 패턴 각각은,동일한 가상선을 중심으로 대칭을 이루도록 형성된 대칭형 인덕터 패턴인 것을 특징으로 하는 발룬 트랜스포머.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 도전 패턴 각각은,각각의 도전 패턴이 단락(short)되지 않도록 각각 그 일부 영역이 상기 유전체 기판의 일면과 다른 평면에 형성되어 도전성 비아홀에 의해 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 발룬 트랜스포머.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가변 캐패시터는,바랙터 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 발룬 트랜스포머.
