Abstract

본 고안은 반복 재사용이 가능하고 결속 및 해제가 용이한 케이블 타이에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 대상물을 결속하는 재질의 상기 밴드에 손잡이를 부착하여 해제 가능한 방법으로 케이블 타이의 헤드부분에 해제돌기를 구비함으로써 결속된 밴드를 용이하게 해제할 수 있는 물림돌기 형성방법에 관한 것이다.
이를 위하여 본 고안은 케이블 타이의 헤드부에 대상물을 결속하는 재질의 상기밴드 걸림부에 구비되며 결속 작업시 상기 밴드를 당길 수 있는 손잡이부를 포함한다.
손잡이에는 돌기홈이 파여지고, 헤드부의 물림돌기 아래 방향에서 밴드를 눌러서 당김으로써 용이하게 결속 해제 작업을 완료할 수 있는 단계로 이루어진 것에 특징이 있다.

반복 재새용이 가능하며 결속 해제가 용이한 케이블 타이.
본 고안은 반복 재사용이 가능하며 결속 및 해제가 용이한 케이블 타이에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 대상물을 결속하는 재질의 상기 밴드에 손잡이를 부착하여 해제가 가능한 방법으로 케이블 타이의 헤드부분에 해제돌기를 구비함으로써 결속된 밴드를 용이하게 해제할 수 있는 물림 돌기에 관한 것이다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위해 결속 및 해제가 용이한 케이블 타이를 형성시킴으로써 반복 재사용이 가능하며 절단하여 분리되는 현상을 방지하여 반 영구적인 수명을 갖을 수 있도록 하는 케이블 타이의 결속된 밴드를 용이하게 해제할 수 있는 해제돌기 형성방법을 제공하는데 본 고안의 목적이 있다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위해 반복 재사용이 가능하며 결속 및 해제가 용이한 케이블 타이를 형성시킴으로써 재사용이 가능하며 자원 절약 과 소비자의 경제적 이익 및 편의를 증대시키고 환경보호에도 이바지 하게 된다.
