Claims (4)
- 시료의 전도도를 측정하는 +극, -극의 두 전극(21,23)의 신호를 비교 연산하여 전도도를 측정하는 비교연산부(30)가 형성되는 한편, 전도도 측정값을 주파수로 변환한 후 상기 주파수를 이용하여 시료 내의 염분 농도를 계산하는 프로그램이 내장된 마이크로프로세서(40)를 통해 계산된 염분 농도를 디스플레이하는 LCD패널(50)과, 사용자에게 측정이 완료되었음을 소리로 알리는 부저(60)와, 시료의 온도를 측정하는 온도센서(70)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 염분 측정기에 있어서,시료를 수용하는 수용공간(11a)의 바닥면에 설치홀(11b)이 형성된 수용부(11)의 일측으로 연장되는 연결대(12)로 형성된 측정부(10)와,측정부(10)의 설치홀(11b)의 중앙으로부터 +전극(21)이 삽입되고, +전극(21)의 주변을 감싸는 제1절연체(22)가 삽입되며, 제1절연체(22)의 주변을 감싸는 -전극(23)이 삽입되고, -전극(23)의 주변을 감싸며 측정부(10)에 접촉을 방지하는 제2절연체(24)로 형성된 전극부(20)로 이루어져; 용도에 따른 사용과 측정이 동시에 이루어질 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염분측정기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 전극부(20)는 측정부(10)의 설치홀(11b)에 삽입되어 수용공간(11a)의 표면에 대하여 융기나 함몰되지 않고 일치되도록 인서트 사출방식을 이용하여 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염분측정기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 전극부(20)의 +전극(21)과 -전극(23)에는 신호라인(21a,23a)이 연결되어 측정부(10)의 연결대(12)를 따라 비교연산부(30)에 연결되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염분측정기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1,2절연체(22,24)는 테프론 재질로 제작 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염분측정기.
