Claims (19)
- 스크리닝할 유효량의 진균을 배양 조건하에서 무스코도르 알부스(Muscodor albus)의 휘발물질과 접촉시키고, 무스코도르 알부스(Muscodor albus)의 휘발물질에 내성인 진균을 선택하며, 또 선택된 진균의 분자 특징을 분석하는 것을 포함하는, 신규한 무스코도르(Muscodor) 진균을 확인하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 따른 신규 무스코도르(Muscodor) 분리 배양액을 포함하는, 세균, 진균, 선충, 곤충으로부터 식물 및 과일을 보호하거나, 식품을 오염시키는 진균 및 세균 병원체를 제어하거나 또는 가정 및 공중 건물을 오염시키는 미생물을 제어하기 위한 조성물.
- 무스코도르 알부스(Muscodor albus) 분리 배양액을 포함하는, 세균, 진균, 선충, 곤충으로부터 식물 및 과일을 보호하거나, 식품을 오염시키는 진균 및 세균 병원체를 제어하거나 또는 가정 및 공중 건물을 오염시키는 미생물을 제어하기 위한 조성물.
- 무스코도르 로제우스(Muscodor roseus) 분리 배양액을 포함하는, 세균, 진균, 선충, 곤충으로부터 식물 및 과일을 보호하거나, 식품을 오염시키는 진균 및 세균 병원체를 제어하거나 또는 가정 및 공중 건물을 오염시키는 미생물을 제어하 기 위한 조성물.
- 제 3항에 따른 조성물에 의해 생산된 휘발물질을 포함하는, 세균, 진균, 선충, 곤충으로부터 식물 및 과일을 보호하거나, 식품을 오염시키는 진균 및 세균 병원체를 제어하거나 또는 가정 및 공중 건물을 오염시키는 미생물을 제어하기 위한 조성물.
- 제 2항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 담체를 더 포함하는 세균, 진균, 선충, 곤충으로부터 식물 및 과일을 보호하거나, 식품을 오염시키는 진균 및 세균 병원체를 제어하거나 또는 가정 및 공중 건물을 오염시키는 미생물을 제어하기 위한 조성물.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 담체는 농업적으로 허용되는 담체인 세균, 진균, 선충, 곤충으로부터 식물 및 과일을 보호하거나, 식품을 오염시키는 진균 및 세균 병원체를 제어하거나 또는 가정 및 공중 건물을 오염시키는 미생물을 제어하기 위한조성물.
- 진균, 세균, 미생물, 선충 및 곤충으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 생물을 제 2항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 유효량의 배양액에 노출시키는 것을 포함하는, 상기 생물의 생장을 억제시키는 방법.
- 진균, 세균, 미생물, 선충 및 곤충으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 생물을 제 5항에 따른 유효량의 조성물과 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 상기 생물의 생장을 억제시키는 방법.
- 진균, 세균, 미생물, 선충 및 곤충으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 생물을 제 2항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 유효량의 배양액에 노출시키는 것을 포함하는, 과일, 식물, 종자, 알곡 또는 상기 식물을 둘러싼 토양을 상기 생물에 의한 감염으로부터 처리 또는 보호하는 방법.
- 진균, 세균, 미생물, 선충 및 곤충으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 생물을 제 5항에 따른 유효량의 조성물과 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 과일, 식물, 종자, 알곡 또는 상기 식물을 둘러싼 토양을 상기 생물에 의한 감염으로부터 처리 또는 보호하는 방법.
- 건축재료를 제 2항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 유효량의 조성물에 노출시키는 것을 포함하는, 건축재료를 독성 곰팡이 감염으로부터 처리 또는 보호하는 방법.
- 건축재료를 제 5항에 따른 유효량의 조성물과 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 건 축재료를 독성 곰팡이 감염으로부터 처리 또는 보호하는 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 과일, 식물, 종자, 알곡 또는 상기 식물을 둘러싼 토양을 살진균제, 살곤충제, 항균제, 살균제, 살선충제 및 식품 보존제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 유효량의 농업용 조성물과 접촉시키는 것을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 과일, 식물, 종자, 알곡 또는 상기 식물을 둘러싼 토양을 살진균제, 살곤충제, 항균제, 살균제, 살선충제 및 식품 보존제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 유효량의 농업용 조성물과 접촉시키는 것을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 따른 조성물을 배양하고 또 무스코도르 알부스(Muscodor albus)에 의해 생산된 휘발성 조성물을 수집하는 것을 포함하는 휘발성 조성물을 얻는 방법.
- 분리된 무스코도르(Muscodor) 진균을 포함하는, 세균, 진균, 선충, 곤충으로부터 식물 및 과일을 보호하거나, 식품을 오염시키는 진균 및 세균 병원체를 제어하거나 또는 가정 및 공중 건물을 오염시키는 미생물을 제어하기 위한 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 무스코도르 알부스(Muscodor albus)가 균주 NRRL 30547인 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 무스코도르 로제우스(Muscodor roseus)가 균주 NRRL 30548인 조성물.
