Claims (8)
- 반응용기에 기본용접구조물(210)을 용접가공하고 외부 자성체(150)를 이용하여 모터(110)의 동력을 임펠러(300)에 전달함으로써, 용기 내외부를 완전히 격리시켜 교반액의 오염방지 및 교반기의 유지보수를 용이하게 하는 반응발효 교반장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어,모터(110)와 감속기(120)를 거친 동력축이 기본용접구조물(210)의 음각부로 직접 침투하여 외부 자성체(150)가 하부 임펠러(310)의 내부 자성체 내에 실린더 형태로 포함될 수 있도록 하여 동력의 전달효율을 높이고, 반응용기 내의 자성체 축을 고정하기 위한 추가 구조물을 필요로 하지 않음으로써 유지 및 보수 시 분리 및 조립이 용이한 반응발효 교반장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어,하부 임펠러(310)의 위쪽으로 추가적인 베어링과 연장축(350)이 고정되고, 그 연장축(350)에는 다단의 터빈 임펠러(360)가 설치됨으로써 용기 내의 물질을 균일하게 교반할 수 있도록 하는 도[2]와 같은 보조임펠러 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어,기본용접구조물(210)에 원주면 방향으로 120도 간격으로 조립된 체결용볼트(220)와 감속기(120)에 연결된 모터하우징(130)의 홈이 일치되어 모터구동부(100)가 반응용기에 쉽게 탈부착 될 수 있는 교반 구동장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어,모터(110)와 반응용기는 전에 설명된 체결 메커니즘(Mechanism) 의한 탈부착 방식 이외에도, 볼트 체결 및 용접 고정 등의 고정방식을 포함함.
- 청구항 1에 있어,모터(110)와 외부 자성체(150)를 포함한 로터(Rotor, 140)는 직접 연결되는 방식 이외에도, 벨트, 타이밍벨트, 체인 등의 간접 동력전달방식을 포함함.
- 청구항 1에 있어,숫베어링(330)과 암베어링(340)이 붓싱의 형태로 조립됨으로써 임펠러(300)의 회전 시 면 접촉을 통해 마모를 줄이고 베어링 마모로 인한 탱크 내부의 오염을 줄이는 임펠러(300)와 용접판(200)의 구성방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어,임펠러(300)와 반응용기 내의 용접판(200)의 구성방법은 숫베어링(330)과 암베어링(340)의 붓싱 형태의 조립 이외에도 볼베어링, 미끄럼베어링 등의 일반적인 베어링 형태가 가능함.
