Claims (28)

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 형광물질 조합 분자가 상기 생물학적 성분의 특정 분자 구조와 결합하도록 구성되는샘플 획득 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 샘플 획득 장치는 상기 측정 공동을 형성하는 두 개의 평면형 표면을 구비하는 본체 부재를 포함하는샘플 획득 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 평면형 표면들은 서로로부터 미리 정해진 거리로 정렬되어 광학적 측정을 위한 샘플 두께를 결정하는샘플 획득 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 측정 공동은 50-170 마이크로미터의 균일한 두께를 가지는샘플 획득 장치.

- 액체 샘플 내의 형광물질 표지화된 생물학적 성분의 탐지를 위한 방법으로서:형광물질이 조합된 분자가 액체 샘플 내의 생물학적 성분의 특정 분자 구조와 결합하도록 형광물질이 조합된 분자를 포함하는 시약을 액체 샘플과 혼합하는 단계;상기 액체 샘플을 샘플 획득 장치의 미리 정해진 일정 두께를 가지는 측정 공동 내로 도입하는 단계;형광물질의 여기 파장에 상응하는 파장의 전자기 복사선을 이용하여 상기 측정 공동 내의 샘플의 영역(area)을 조사(irradiate)하는 단계; 그리고상기 측정 공동의 전체 두께에서 형광물질 표지화된 생물학적 성분을 탐지하는 단계로서, 상기 측정 공동 내의 조사된 영역의 디지털 이미지를 획득하는 단계를 포함하는, 생물학적 성분을 탐지하는 단계; 를 포함하는생물학적 성분의 탐지를 위한 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 샘플 획득 장치는 상기 측정 공동 내부에 건조된 형태로 배치되는 시약을 포함하고,상기 시약은 형광물질이 조합된 분자를 포함하며,상기 혼합 단계는 상기 시약과의 접촉을 위해서 상기 액체 샘플을 상기 측정 공동 내로 도입함으로써 달성되는생물학적 성분의 탐지를 위한 방법.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 형광물질을 나타내는 생물학적 성분은 형광물질의 방출 파장에 상응하는 파장의 전자기 복사선을 방출하는 형광 도트로서 디지털 이미지내에서 구분되는생물학적 성분의 탐지를 위한 방법.
