Claims (6)
- 입사되는 광이 반사되어 각도방향으로 분포되도록 회전 가능하게 배치되는 회전다면경(10);상기 회전다면경(10)의 회전에 의한 반사광의 각도방향 변화에 따라 반사된 광이 주기적으로 광경로가 발생되도록 광경로 상에 배치되는 굴절광학부재(20); 및상기 굴적광학부재(20)를 투과하여 진행하는 광이 표면에서 수직입사 및 수직반사되어 다시 역방향 및 역순으로 진행하여 처음 입사광 위치와 방향으로 되돌아가도록 배치되는 수직 광반사 부재(30);를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전다면경을 이용한 광경로 지연장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 굴절광학부재(20)는 수렴렌즈(22), 발산렌즈(24) 및 프리즘(26) 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 렌즈로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전다면경을 이용한 광경로 지연장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 수렴렌즈(22)와 발산렌즈(24)는 구면 또는 비구면으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 회전다면경을 이용한 광경로 지연장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수직 광반사 부재 (30)는 그 표면이 상기 굴절광학부재(20)에 대해 역방향 경로가 유지되도록 입사각과 반사각이 영도 각도로 형성된 구면이나 비구면을 가지는 오목형 수직반사 미러(32)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전다면경을 이용한 광경로 지연장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수직 광반사 부재(30)는 그 표면이 상기 굴절광학부재(20)에 대해 역방향 경로가 유지되도록 입사각과 반사각이 영도 각도로 형성된 구면이나 비구면을 가지는 볼록형 수직반사 미러(34)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전다면경을 이용한 광경로 지연장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수직 광반사 부재(30)는 그 표면이 상기 광학굴절부재(20)에 대해 역방향 경로가 유지되도록 입사각과 반사각이 영도 각도로 형성된 자유곡면을 가지는 자유곡면형 수직반사 미러(36)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전다면경을 이용한 광경로 지연장치.
