Description
Claims (14)
- 살균 소독용 과초산 조성물을 제공하기 위한 키트로서,상기 키트는 하기 제 1 액 및 제 2 액을 포함하며, 사용 시 제 1 액 및 제 2 액의 혼합에 의하여 과초산을 생성함으로써 과초산 조성물을 제공하는 키트:(1) 테트라아세틸 에틸렌 디아민(TAED), 계면활성제, pH 조절제, 중금속 불활성화제 및 물을 함유하는 제 1 액, 및(2) 과붕산염 및 물을 함유하는 제 2 액.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 액 및 제 2 액의 혼합액의 pH 가 7.0 ∼ 8.5 의 범위인 키트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 액 및 제 2 액의 혼합으로써 생성된 과초산의 함량이 0.2 ∼ 0.4 w/w% 인 키트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 액 대 제 2 액의 비율이 1 : 4 인 키트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제가 술포네이트 또는 술페이트로부터 선택되는 음이온 계면활성제, 및 알칸올아마이드 유도체, 폴리에틸렌글리콜-폴리프로필렌글리콜(PEG-PPG) 유도체 또는 프로필렌 글리콜로부터 선택되는 비이온성 계면활성제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 키트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 pH 조절제는 탄산나트륨, 아세트산 무수물 및 구연산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 키트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중금속 불활성화제는 에틸렌디아민 테트라아세트산(EDTA) 나트륨염, 하이포포스파이트 나트륨염 및 디포스포닉산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 키트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 액에서 과붕산염의 농도가 1.0 ∼ 3.5 중량 %의 범위인 키트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 액에서 테트라아세틸 에틸렌 디아민(TAED)의 농도가 1.0 ∼ 6.0 중량 %의 범위인 키트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 액에서 계면활성제의 농도가 0.5 ∼ 3.0 중량 %의 범위인 키트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 액에서 pH 조절제 의 농도가 1.0 ∼ 5.0 중량 %의 범위인 키트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 액에서 중금속 불활성화제의 농도가 0.2 ∼ 1.0 중량 %의 범위인 키트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 키트의 제 1 액 및 제 2 액을 혼합함으로써 수득되는 과초산 조성물을 의료 기구 소독에 사용하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 의료 기구가 내시경 기기인 방법.
